Nun, ich auch nicht, bis vor ein paar Tagen, als ich in der K\u00fcche stand und auf einmal eine Idee hatte. Es passiert mir tats\u00e4chlich so oft, dass ich eigentlich etwas anderes machen m\u00f6chte, aber dann ist da diese Gl\u00fchbirne in meinem Kopf&#8230; Mein urspr\u00fcnglicher Plan war, entweder Blaubeerpfannkuchen oder einen Blaubeer-Blechkuchen zu machen. Dann fragte ich mich selbst: &#8222;Warum mache ich nicht einfach <strong>Ofenpfannkuchen mit Blaubeeren<\/strong>? Ich k\u00f6nnte den Pfannkuchenteig in meine Kuchenform gie\u00dfen und sie im Ofen backen&#8220;! Ich habe es einfach ausprobiert und war \u00fcberrascht, dass der erste Versuch so gut gelungen ist!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Diese Ofenpfannkuchen sind soft und lecker!<\/h2>\n<p>Ich war also dabei meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pfannkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei-3-zutaten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00fcblichen Pfannkuchenteig<\/span><\/a> anzur\u00fchren, als ich bemerkte, dass mir die Haferflocken ausgegangen sind. Aber da ich es gewohnt bin immer in der K\u00fcche herum zu experimentieren, habe ich ein neues Pfannkuchenrezept mit Reismehl und ein paar anderen Zutaten kreiert. Ich wollte, dass der Teig ziemlich hell bleibt, weil das einen sch\u00f6nen Kontrast zu den Blaubeeren bildet. Die Ofenpfannkuchen gelangen richtig toll, sie waren <strong>super weich, &#8222;fluffig&#8220; und k\u00f6stlich<\/strong>. Mein Rezept enth\u00e4lt keine Butter, \u00d6l, Eier, Gluten oder Milchprodukte! Ja, es ist vegan, glutenfrei und ziemlich gesund. Du brauchst nur 10 Zutaten miteinander zu vermischen und schon kannst du den Teig in dein Backblech gie\u00dfen. Nach nur 20 Minuten sind die Blaubeer-Ofenpfannkuchen schon fertig. Aber Ofenpfannkuchen k\u00f6nnen gleichzeitig serviert werden, was sie <strong>familienfreundlich<\/strong> macht. Ich wei\u00df, es kann ziemlich \u00e4rgerlich sein, wenn du Pfannkuchen f\u00fcr deine Familie oder Freunde zubereitest, und alle sitzen hungrig am Tisch, w\u00e4hrend du in der K\u00fcche stehst und Pfannkuchen wendest. Mit diesen Ofenpfannkuchen ist das nat\u00fcrlich nicht der Fall. Kein Wenden mehr, kein Herum\u00e4rgern mehr, weil der Teig nach einer Weile andickt, und keine Verbrennungen mehr (weil man ungeschickt mit der Pfanne hantiert, so wie ich oft&#8230;). Du musst nur den Teig vorbereiten, was nicht l\u00e4nger als 10 Minuten dauert, und sobald die Ofenpfannkuchen fertig sind, kannst du alle gleichzeitig servieren und sie noch warm genie\u00dfen.
