Verwende m\u00f6glichst fein gemahlenes Kichererbsenmehl, damit die Br\u00f6tchen besonders weich werden. Au\u00dferdem sollte das Mehl frisch sein, damit kein bitterer Geschmack entsteht. Ersatzm\u00f6glichkeiten findest du weiter unten in den FAQs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> Backpulver und Natron sorgen gemeinsam daf\u00fcr, dass die veganen Burgerbr\u00f6tchen sch\u00f6n aufgehen und goldbraun werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfelessig<\/strong> oder Zitronensaft aktiviert das Natron.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Es sorgt f\u00fcr Bindung, Elastizit\u00e4t und Struktur im glutenfreien Teig. Bitte nicht weglassen.
