Wei\u00dfe Bohnen k\u00f6nnten ebenfalls funktionieren, Geschmack und Konsistenz ver\u00e4ndern sich dann aber etwas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Medjool-Datteln sind ideal, weil sie besonders weich, klebrig und s\u00fc\u00df sind. Andere Datteln funktionieren auch, wenn du sie vorher in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nussmus:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine cremige Konsistenz, gesunde Fette und zus\u00e4tzliches Eiwei\u00df. Ich verwende meist Erdnussmus oder Mandelmus. Auch Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus oder Tahin funktionieren gut und bringen jeweils ein anderes Aroma mit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zartbitterschokolade:<\/strong> F\u00fcr die Schokoh\u00fclle. Du kannst normale oder zuckerfreie Schokolade verwenden.
