Dieses Jahr habe ich meine Reste mal anders genutzt. Ich liebe zwar meine weichen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffelkloesse-rezept\/\"><strong>Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>, hatte aber total Lust auf etwas Knuspriges. So sind diese Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen entstanden. Ich fand sie so gut, dass ich sie inzwischen schon drei Mal gemacht habe und daraus direkt ein eigenes Rezept entwickelt habe.<\/p>\n<p>Sie bestehen aus gut gew\u00fcrztem Kartoffelp\u00fcree, etwas St\u00e4rke und ein bisschen \u00d6l. Lass das \u00d6l nicht weg. Damit werden die Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen im Air Fryer au\u00dfen richtig kross und innen sch\u00f6n weich. Ganz ohne Semmelbr\u00f6sel und ohne Fritteuse. Sie sind goldbraun, super lecker und perfekt zum Snacken, f\u00fcr Buffets oder als Beilage.<\/p>\n<p>Und meine Liebe zu knusprigen Kartoffelgerichten geht noch weiter. Kartoffelst\u00e4rke funktioniert am besten. Sie sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen auch ohne Semmelbr\u00f6sel und ohne viel \u00d6l richtig knusprig werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Dieses Rezept nutzt eine einfache, aber sehr aromatische Mischung aus Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, R\u00e4ucherpaprika, gemahlenem Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Muskatnuss, getrocknetem Oregano, Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Nimm ein neutrales \u00d6l. Zum Beispiel Oliven\u00f6l oder Avocado\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\">Veganer Parmesan<\/a>:<\/strong> Eigentlich optional, macht die Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen aber extrem lecker.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frische Petersilie:<\/strong> Zum Garnieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Rezept-Variationen<\/h2>\n<p>Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen sind wie viele Kartoffelgerichte eine perfekte Basis zum Abwandeln. Danach in einen Gefrierbeutel geben und bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren. Zum Auftauen \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank legen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> F\u00fcr die beste Konsistenz die Kartoffelb\u00e4llchen bei 190 \u00b0C im Air Fryer 5 bis 8 Minuten aufw\u00e4rmen, bis sie wieder warm und kross sind. In der Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l klappt es auch.
