Mein letztes <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-cracker\/\"><strong>Kichererbsen-Cracker-Rezept<\/strong><\/a> hat den Ansto\u00df gegeben und daraus ist dieses fluffige, herzhafte und komplett mehlfreie Brot geworden.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Rezepten wird dieses Brot nicht mit Kichererbsenmehl gemacht, sondern mit getrockneten Kichererbsen. Genau das sorgt f\u00fcr die besondere Konsistenz. Weich, locker und trotzdem sch\u00f6n saftig, mit einer leicht nussigen Note und einer Struktur, die sich richtig nach Brot anf\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran. Dieses Brot kommt ohne Hefe aus, braucht keine Gehzeit, kein Kneten und ist super einfach gemacht. Falls du nur ganze Flohsamenschalen hast, mahle sie vorher fein. Das Pulver gibt dem Teig Elastizit\u00e4t und eine weiche, fast weizenbrotartige Textur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Leinsamen:<\/strong> Sie halten den Laib zusammen und liefern gleichzeitig wertvolle N\u00e4hrstoffe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> Dieses Kichererbsenbrot kommt ohne Hefe aus und geht mit Backpulver und Natron auf. So wird es sch\u00f6n fluffig, ganz ohne Gehzeit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig:<\/strong> Zum Beispiel Apfelessig oder Zitronen oder Limettensaft. Optional auch etwas Dill oder Minze.<br \/>\nDu kannst aber genauso Rosmarin, Thymian oder eine italienische Kr\u00e4utermischung verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Knoblauchpulver ist der einfachste Weg f\u00fcr mehr Aroma. Auch Zwiebelpulver, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, schwarzer Pfeffer oder etwas Cayenne passen super. Gew\u00fcrzmischungen wie Curry funktionieren ebenfalls richtig gut.
