Die Zucchini verleiht der Torte nicht nur Feuchtigkeit, sondern auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/zucchini-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vitamine<\/a>, Mineralien und Ballaststoffe.<\/p>\n<p>Schokoladentorten oder Kuchen haben einen schlechten Ruf, weil sie normalerweise Tonnen von Zucker, Eiern und Butter enthalten, aber nicht dieser Zucchini-Schokokuchen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schokoladencreme enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln<\/strong>. Eine schnelle Google-Suche nach &#8222;Schokoladentorte&#8220; ergibt tausende von Rezepten, die entweder massig Butter oder reichlich \u00d6l enthalten. Ich meine ernsthaft, wer will einen Kuchen essen, der fast nur aus Butter oder \u00d6l besteht?! Deine Arterien werden auf jeden Fall nicht gl\u00fccklich dar\u00fcber sein&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe einige Rezepte, die etwas \u00d6l enthalten, aber in letzter Zeit versuche ich das \u00d6l oft zu ersetzen. Obwohl \u00d6l pflanzlich ist, ist es 100% Fett und enth\u00e4lt keine Ballaststoffe. Also falls m\u00f6glich konsumiere ich lieber die ganze Pflanze an sich und nicht das \u00d6l.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Beispiel esse ich anstelle von Avocado\u00f6l lieber Avocados. Oder statt Kokosnuss\u00f6l esse ich Kokosfleisch. Eine <strong>Vollwertkost<\/strong> ist immer komplett und enth\u00e4lt Vitamine, Mineralien, Ballaststoffe usw. und ist daher viel <strong>ges\u00fcnder <\/strong>als raffiniertes \u00d6l.<\/p>\n<p>Ich sage nicht, dass diese vegane Schokoladentorte fettfrei ist, denn das ist sie auch nicht. Gesundes Fett ist sehr wichtig in einer ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung und verleiht Backwaren zudem einen guten Geschmack und eine tolle Textur. Das Rezept enth\u00e4lt braunes Reismehl und keine &#8222;komplizierte&#8220; Mehlmischung.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du dich jedoch nicht glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst, kannst du auch normales Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl verwenden.
