Dadurch werden die Pl\u00e4tzchen sch\u00f6n hell und saftig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Puderzucker:<\/strong> Ich nutze zuckerfreien Puderzucker wie Allulose oder Erythrit, aber normaler Puderzucker funktioniert genauso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich verwende Buchweizenmehl f\u00fcr glutenfreie Mandelh\u00f6rnchen. Du kannst aber auch Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marzipan:<\/strong> Ich nehme <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/marzipan-selber-machen\/\"><strong>selbstgemachtes Marzipan<\/strong><\/a>, etwa 180 g. Gekauftes Marzipan geht genauso, die Packungen enthalten oft 200 g.
