Neben meiner cremigen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/protein-pasta-sosse\/\"><strong>Protein Pasta<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hummus-pasta\/\"><strong>Hummus-Pasta<\/strong><\/a> ist jetzt diese Zwiebel Pasta mein neuer Favorit \u2013 sie erinnert an <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/franzoesische-zwiebelsuppe-vegan\/\"><strong>franz\u00f6sische Zwiebelsuppe<\/strong><\/a>, bekommt aber eine w\u00fcrzige, tomatige Note.<\/p>\n<p>Normalerweise dienen Zwiebeln in Nudelso\u00dfen eher als aromatische Basis, aber in diesem Rezept mit Tomaten und Zwiebeln spielen sie die Hauptrolle. Die s\u00fc\u00dflich karamellisierten Zwiebeln harmonieren perfekt mit den frischen, fruchtigen Tomaten. F\u00fcr mehr Geschmack etwas vegane Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Sorgt f\u00fcr noch mehr Aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver, gemahlener Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Salz (oder etwas Sojaso\u00dfe\/Tamari f\u00fcr Umami).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomaten:<\/strong> Kleine Pflaumen- oder Kirschtomaten gibt es das ganze Jahr \u00fcber. Alternativ getrocknete Tomaten verwenden. Dazu etwas Tomatenmark f\u00fcr intensives Aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milch:<\/strong> Ich verwende pflanzliche Milch (z. B. Mandel-, Soja- oder Cashewmilch). F\u00fcr extra Cremigkeit kann auch Kokosmilch aus der Dose verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parmesan:<\/strong> Ich nehme selbstgemachten <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\"><strong>veganen Parmesan<\/strong><\/a>. Hefeflocken geben ebenfalls einen k\u00e4sigen, nussigen Geschmack, machen die Sauce aber nicht so cremig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chili\u00f6l:<\/strong> F\u00fcr ein seidiges Mundgef\u00fchl und etwas Sch\u00e4rfe. Wer kein \u00d6l m\u00f6chte, kann Chiliflocken verwenden oder das \u00d6l ganz weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nudeln:<\/strong> Nimm deine Lieblingsnudeln \u2013 ob klassisch, Vollkorn oder glutenfrei.
