Quinoaflocken k\u00f6nnten auch gehen, habe ich aber noch nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromaten: <\/strong>Ich verwende eine Mischung aus frischer Zwiebel und Knoblauch sowie etwas Zwiebel- und Knoblauchpulver<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Nimm deine liebsten Pizza-Toppings. Ich habe Champignons, Paprika (Farbe nach Wahl), schwarze Oliven und Spinat verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Neben Zwiebel- und Knoblauchpulver kommen bei meinen Pizza Baked Oats italienische Kr\u00e4uter, Salz und Hefeflocken (f\u00fcr den k\u00e4sigen Geschmack) zum Einsatz. Du kannst alternativ getrockneten Oregano oder Basilikum nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomaten:<\/strong> Dosentomaten und Tomatenmark geben eine intensive Basis wie bei einer Pizza-Sauce. F\u00fcr noch mehr Geschmack kannst du auch getrocknete Tomaten hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Verwende unges\u00fc\u00dfte Milch, zum Beispiel Mandel-, Soja-, Hafer- oder Cashewmilch. Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche funktioniert auch super.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00e4se:<\/strong> Ich nehme meine schnelle <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a>, aber auch pflanzlicher Parmesan oder Mozzarella passen gut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>So kannst du den Pizza-Auflauf variieren:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frisches Basilikum:<\/strong> Entweder direkt in den Auflauf oder als Garnitur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weitere Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Zum Beispiel Chiliflocken f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4rfe, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver, getrockneter Rosmarin, Thymian und Co.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse und Samen:<\/strong> Wie z.B. Chia, Leinsamen, K\u00fcrbiskerne oder Pekann\u00fcsse.
