Diese gesunde Schokomousse ist reichhaltig, cremig, schokoladig und fluffig, nur mit Datteln ges\u00fc\u00dft \u2013 ganz ohne Eier oder Milchprodukte \u2013 dank einer besonderen Geheimzutat: Aquafaba.<\/p>\n<p>Kichererbsenwasser klingt vielleicht ungew\u00f6hnlich, aber es l\u00e4sst sich wie Eiwei\u00df aufschlagen und sorgt so f\u00fcr eine luftige, fluffige und pflanzliche Schokomousse ohne komischen Nachgeschmack.
