Ein Salat, der nur aus Salatbl\u00e4ttern besteht, ist langweilig und zudem nicht sehr n\u00e4hrstoffreich. <strong>Mein bunter Salat enth\u00e4lt reichlich frisches Gem\u00fcse, gr\u00fcne Salatbl\u00e4tter<\/strong><strong>, Bohnen und Hasselback Kartoffeln<\/strong>. Hasselback Kartoffeln sind nicht nur lecker, sie sehen ausserdem auch h\u00fcbsch aus, findest du nicht auch?<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Blogpost werde ich erkl\u00e4ren, wie man Hasselback Kartoffeln herstellt, und ich werde auch die Rezepte f\u00fcr meine Lieblingssaucen vorstellen. Ich habe zwei verschiedene Saucen gemacht, eine ist eine <strong>cremige Tahini Sauce<\/strong> und die andere ist eine <strong>scharfe Tomaten Sauce<\/strong>. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich dein pers\u00f6nliches Lieblingsgem\u00fcse verwenden oder so viele verschiedene Gem\u00fcsesorten hinzuf\u00fcgen wie du m\u00f6chtest. Ich gebe zum Beispiel oft auch Gr\u00fcnkohl, Wei\u00dfkohl, Paprika und Salatbl\u00e4tter dazu. Normalerweise bereite ich meinen Salat nur mit rohem Gem\u00fcse zu, aber manchmal kommen auch noch ger\u00f6stete Kichererbsen und Reisnudeln hinzu, wie man in dieser <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-salat-kichererbsen-buddha-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">veganen Buddha Bowl<\/span><\/a> sehen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Ein gro\u00dfer bunter Salat steht bei mir t\u00e4glich auf meinem Speiseplan, da es sich einfach gut anf\u00fchlt, meinen K\u00f6rper mit so vielen N\u00e4hrstoffen zu versorgen. Ich kann tats\u00e4chlich einen Unterschied im Wohlbefinden feststellen, ob ich ein Mittagessen mit hohem Rohkostanteil oder eine rein gekochte Mahlzeit gegessen habe. <strong>Nach einem bunten Salat mit viel Rohkost, kann ich mich tags\u00fcber viel besser konzentrieren<\/strong> und bin ausserdem nicht so voll.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass ich nach einem gesunden Mittagessen ein oder zwei dieser <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/die-besten-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">ultra leckeren, schokoladigen, veganen Brownies<\/span><\/a> als Nachmittagssnack essen kann. Hasselback Kartoffeln sind in Schweden sehr beliebt, da es sich um ein schwedisches Gericht handelt. Es wurde in der Restaurant-Schule &#8222;Hasselbacken&#8220; in Stockholm, Schweden im Jahr 1955 erfunden.
