Jetzt sind die vollwertigen Hafer Tortillas an der Reihe.<\/p>\n<p>Hergestellt aus nur Hafer, Wasser und optional etwas Salz, sind diese gesunden Wraps super schnell und einfach gemacht, preiswert und \u00fcberraschend flexibel. Gleichzeitig liefern sie reichlich Ballaststoffe und wichtige N\u00e4hrstoffe. Au\u00dferdem sind sie glutenfrei, pflanzlich, nussfrei, sojafrei und \u00f6lfrei.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Rezepten entsteht hier ein knetbarer Teig anstelle eines fl\u00fcssigen Pfannkuchenteigs, was f\u00fcr eine traditionellere Tortilla-Konsistenz sorgt.
