Fruchtig, cremig und perfekt als s\u00fc\u00dfer Snack oder sogar als gesundes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Meine einj\u00e4hrige Tochter liebt sie, f\u00fcr sie ist es wie Eis zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten sind total unkompliziert: Haferflocken, N\u00fcsse oder Kerne, Joghurt und Obst. Ich mache die Cups glutenfrei, vegan und ohne raffinierten Zucker. Auch gekauftes oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/selbstgemachtes-muesli-granola\/\"><strong>selbstgemachtes M\u00fcsli<\/strong><\/a> (glutenfrei, getreidefrei, zuckerarm \u2013 ganz wie du magst) ist m\u00f6glich. Alternativ kannst du auch 2 EL Kakaopulver f\u00fcr einen schokoladigen Boden verwenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Frozen Joghurt Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Joghurt:<\/strong> Klassisch wird griechischer Naturjoghurt verwendet, aber f\u00fcr die vegane Variante mag ich Soja- oder Kokosjoghurt besonders gern. Auch Vanillejoghurt, aromatisierte oder proteinreiche Sorten funktionieren. Achte nur auf zugesetzten Zucker und k\u00fcnstliche Zus\u00e4tze.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer Frischk\u00e4se (optional):<\/strong> Gibt dem Dessert eine sch\u00f6ne Cremigkeit und erinnert ein wenig an Cheesecake. F\u00fcr eine leichtere Version kannst du einfach mehr Joghurt verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich nehme meistens Xylit (Birkenzucker), aber Ahornsirup oder Puderzucker gehen auch \u2013 einfach nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obst (optional):<\/strong> Dieses Frozen-Joghurt-Cups-Rezept passt perfekt zu allen m\u00f6glichen frischen (oder gefrorenen) Fr\u00fcchten, z.\u202fB.
