Es ist wahrscheinlich kein Geheimnis, dass meine Liebe zu veganen mexikanischen Rezepten &#8230; tief gehend ist! Herzhaft, gesund und voller Geschmack &#8211; was gibt es daran nicht zu m\u00f6gen? Kichererbsen Tacos z\u00e4hlen zu meinen Favoriten!<\/p>\n<p>Vegetarische Tacos sind die perfekte Antwort auf eine schnelle, gesunde und dennoch leckere Mahlzeit mit geringem Aufwand. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass dies aufgrund der Vielseitigkeit der Toppings eine Mahlzeit ist, die die ganze Familie genie\u00dfen kann (und wird!). Sogar die Fleischesser werden einen Nachschlag verlangen!<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem geh\u00f6ren vegane Tacos seit Jahren zu meinen Lieblingsgerichten, wenn ich nicht in der Stimmung bin, ewig in der K\u00fcche zu stehen (ja, diese Tage gibt es auch). Das erste sind die Tortillas, das zweite ist die F\u00fcllung und das dritte sind zus\u00e4tzliche Taco-Toppings!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tortillas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fcr glutenfreie Tacos verwende ich<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong> selbstgemachte glutenfreie Tortillas<\/strong><\/a>. Daf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tige ich nur zwei Zutaten, die Zubereitung dauert weniger als 15 Minuten und sie sind weitaus ges\u00fcnder als viele im Supermarkt gekaufte Alternativen (und au\u00dferdem ohne Konservierungsstoffe). Durch den Zusatz von Kichererbsenmehl sind diese Tortillas vitamin- und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/chickpea-flour-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mineralstoffreich<\/strong><\/a>, einschlie\u00dflich <strong>Kupfer, Fols\u00e4ure, Mangan, Magnesium <\/strong>und <strong>Vitamine B1, B6<\/strong> usw.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bevorzuge es, eine gro\u00dfe Menge Tortillas zu machen und sie im K\u00fchl-\/Gefrierschrank aufzubewahren, f\u00fcr den Fall, dass der Hei\u00dfhunger einsetzt. Ach und falls du Lust auf etwas anderes hast, dann magst du vielleicht meine gesunden <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/spinat-tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei-vegan\/\"><strong>Spinat Tortillas<\/strong><\/a> probieren, die auch reichlich Vitamine und Mineralien enthalten.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Vegane Taco F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Wenn es um die F\u00fcllung geht, enthalten diese Wraps eine gesunde, vollwertige Kombination aus <strong>gebratenen Kichererbsen, gr\u00fcner Paprika, Rotkohl, gehackten Tomaten<\/strong> und <strong>Avocadost\u00fccken<\/strong>. Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie mit einem cremigen <strong>Tahini-Dressing<\/strong> gekr\u00f6nt.<\/p>\n<p>Vegane Tacos sind jedoch super vielseitig, wenn es um F\u00fcllungen und Toppings geht, sodass es eine Menge weiterer Zus\u00e4tze und Verbesserungen gibt, die jeder nach seinem Geschmack machen kann.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Champignons, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, rote Zwiebel, Blumenkohl, Kartoffeln, gegrillter Mais, Gurke, Sauerkraut, Salat, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, Koriander, Petersilie, Schnittlauch, usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Samen:<\/strong> K\u00fcrbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne, Waln\u00fcsse, Cashewn\u00fcsse usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extra Gew\u00fcrze (f\u00fcr das Pfannengem\u00fcse):<\/strong> Chilipulver, Knoblauch, Zwiebel, R\u00e4ucherpaprika, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonstiges:<\/strong> Vielleicht m\u00f6chtest du auch veganen Feta oder geriebenen K\u00e4se \u00fcber deine Tacos geben. Du kannst wahlweise die Zwiebel, Paprika, Rotkohl und Tomaten leicht anbraten oder roh belassen, wie ich es getan habe.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 3 &#8211; Herstellung der So\u00dfe<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Bereite die Tahinisauce vor, indem du alle Dressing-Zutaten in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Schneebesen verquirlst. Wenn du eine dicke Tahinipaste verwendest, brauchst du m\u00f6glicherweise etwas mehr Wasser, um die So\u00dfe zu verd\u00fcnnen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 4 \u2013 Zusammenstellen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Wenn du warme Tortillas m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du sie wahlweise 1-2 Minuten in einer Pfanne leicht erw\u00e4rmen oder bei niedriger Temperatur in den Ofen geben, w\u00e4hrend du die F\u00fcllung zubereitest. Du kannst die Tacos dann zusammenstellen und entweder mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Kr\u00e4utern belegen und so wie sie sind servieren oder&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>F\u00fcr Tacos aus dem Ofen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fclle deine Tortillas mit der Kichererbsenf\u00fcllung und dr\u00fccke sie zu. Es hilft, wenn du eine Sauce verwendest, damit sie geschlossen bleiben &#8211; wie diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die Tortillas gef\u00fcllt sind, lege sie auf ein Backblech und backe sie 10-15 Minuten bei 210 C im Ofen, bis sie knusprig sind.
