Am besten \u00fcber Nacht k\u00fchlen, damit sich die Creme gut absetzen l\u00e4sst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zutatenverh\u00e4ltnis anpassen:<\/strong> Meine Dose ergab 330\u202fg Kokoscreme, dazu habe ich 48\u202fg Aquafaba verwendet. Die Menge kann je nach Dose leicht variieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zutaten gut k\u00fchlen:<\/strong> Kalte Kokoscreme und Aquafaba lassen sich besser aufschlagen. Auch eine gek\u00fchlte R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel hilft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00fchlzeit einplanen:<\/strong> Die Mousse sollte mindestens 3-4 Stunden gek\u00fchlt werden, besser \u00fcber Nacht. Nur so wird sie richtig fest und bekommt die perfekte Konsistenz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wie du siehst, kannst du gesunde Zitronenmousse ganz einfach selber machen.
