Nach vielen Anfragen f\u00fcr eine Version ohne Flohsamenschalen habe ich nun dieses gesunde glutenfreie K\u00f6rnerbrot ohne Flohsamenschalen oder Xanthan kreiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept verwendet stattdessen eine einfache Mischung aus Chiasamen, anderen K\u00f6rnern und Kichererbsenmehl. Die Zubereitung ist unglaublich einfach \u2013 kein Kneten, kein Gehenlassen, minimaler Aufwand.<\/p>\n<p>Ich backe dieses Brot aktuell alle drei Tage und brauche f\u00fcr die Zubereitung nicht mehr als 15 Minuten. Das Ergebnis? Ein nahrhaftes, ballaststoffreiches Brot mit kernigem Geschmack, gesunden Fetten und wertvollem pflanzlichem Eiwei\u00df. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung? Falls n\u00f6tig, auf zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken achten. Alternativ k\u00f6nnten Hirse- oder Quinoaflocken funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chiasamen<\/strong>: Diese sorgen f\u00fcr die Bindung und f\u00fcgen Proteine sowie Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren hinzu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00f6rner<\/strong>: Eine Mischung sorgt f\u00fcr Geschmack, Textur und N\u00e4hrstoffe. Ich verwende:\n<ul>\n<li>Gemahlene Leinsamen<\/li>\n<li>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Pinienkerne, Hanfsamen oder Sesamsamen k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls verwendet werden.
