Normalerweise halte ich immer welche bereit, um sie in <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-karottensuppe\/\"><strong>Suppen<\/strong><\/a>, Eint\u00f6pfen und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/karottenkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei-rezept\/\"><strong>Karottenkuchen<\/strong><\/a> zu verarbeiten. Aber als mein K\u00fchlschrank vor lauter Karotten \u00fcberquoll, kam dieses einfache Rezept f\u00fcr Karotten-Puffer wie gerufen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einfachen Zutaten, minimalem Aufwand und in weniger als 20 Minuten, werden diese Karotten-Bratlinge in der Pfanne zubereitet. Sie sind einfach, herzhaft, gesund, vollwertig und vor allem auch bei Kindern beliebt.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem sind sie vielseitig verwendbar &#8211; man kann sie zu kleinen knusprigen Bratlingen, mittelgro\u00dfen Frikadellen (f\u00fcr Burger) oder sogar zu gro\u00dfen Omeletts oder Fladenbrot verarbeiten und warm oder gek\u00fchlt genie\u00dfen. Tapioka- oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke). Vollkornmehl funktioniert wahrscheinlich auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen k\u00e4sigen, herzhaften Umami-Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrzmischung:<\/strong> F\u00fcr die w\u00fcrzige, leicht rauchige Mischung brauchst du einfache Gew\u00fcrze aus der Speisekammer: Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch- und Zwiebelpulver, R\u00e4ucherpaprika, Kurkuma und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Verwende ein beliebiges neutrales \u00d6l, z.B. Avocado\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Rezept-Variationen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>W\u00fcrzen:<\/strong> Je nach Geschmack etwas Chilipulver oder Cayenne-Pfeffer in die Gew\u00fcrzmischung geben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer K\u00e4se:<\/strong> Verst\u00e4rke den K\u00e4segeschmack mit geriebenem veganem Cheddar, Mozzarella oder Gouda usw. Au\u00dferdem verwende ich in der Regel Kichererbsenmehl anstelle von Weizenmehl, wodurch \u201eleere Kalorien\u201c reduziert und gleichzeitig Eiwei\u00df, Ballaststoffe, Eisen usw. hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.
