Sie sind ein k\u00f6stlicher, gesunder Snack, der s\u00fc\u00dfe, salzige und knusprige Bestandteile zu einer \u00fcberraschend dekadenten und s\u00e4ttigenden S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit vereint. Aber auch andere gro\u00dfe Dattelsorten eignen sich gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuss-\/Kernmus:<\/strong> Ich habe Erdnussmus verwendet, aber du kannst jedes beliebige Nuss-\/Kernmus benutzen, z. B. Mandelmus, Cashewmus oder Sonnenblumenkernmus. Achte darauf, dass es nicht zu fl\u00fcssig ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gehackte N\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Ich verwende ungesalzene Erdn\u00fcsse (roh oder leicht ger\u00f6stet f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack), aber je nach verwendetem Nuss-\/Kernmus kann man auch andere N\u00fcsse nehmen &#8211; f\u00fcr eine knusprige Textur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokolade:<\/strong> Benutze deine bevorzugten Schokodrops &#8211; halbs\u00fc\u00df oder zartbitter (ich verwende mindestens 60 % Kakao &#8211; f\u00fcr eine ges\u00fcndere S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit mit Antioxidantien).
