Dieses Rezept gibt es auf meinem Blog schon seit 2017 und es hat sogar einen Platz in meinem Kochbuch <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4ubYo8v\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Einfach K\u00f6stlich und Vegan<\/a><\/strong>. bekommen. Zusammen mit meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/linsen-pfannkuchen\/\"><strong>Linsen Pfannkuchen<\/strong><\/a> haben diese glutenfreien Wraps die gekauften Varianten in meiner K\u00fcche komplett ersetzt. Ganz ohne Konservierungsstoffe oder unn\u00f6tige Zutaten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wichtigste: Die glutenfreien Tortillas schmecken wirklich gut und brechen oder rei\u00dfen nicht. Stattdessen sind sie super schnell und einfach gemacht. Der Teig ist eher ein fl\u00fcssiger Teig als ein klassischer Tortillateig, deshalb musst du nichts kneten oder ausrollen. Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Dicke lassen sich ganz leicht anpassen. Achte darauf, dass das Mehl frisch ist, damit die Wraps nicht bitter oder abgestanden schmecken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapiokamehl bzw. Tapiokast\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die glutenfreien Wraps sch\u00f6n biegsam und flexibel werden. Alternativ funktioniert auch Kartoffelst\u00e4rke.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Zum W\u00fcrzen der Wraps. Sie werden dann allerdings etwas dicker und weniger flexibel. Das eignet sich eher f\u00fcr Fladenbrot oder Enchiladas mit viel Sauce. Bei 190 \u00b0C etwa 10 bis 14 Minuten backen und nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit wenden. Du kannst sie bis zu 3 Tage lang im K\u00fchlschrank lagern, am besten den Teller in eine T\u00fcte wickeln. Die Tortillas trocknen im K\u00fchlschrank etwas aus, du kannst sie jedoch ganz einfach wieder in einer Pfanne einzeln erw\u00e4rmen (ca. 20 Sekunden bei geringer\/mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten braten). Danach sind sie wieder weich und elastisch.
