Jetzt aber m\u00f6chte ich hier nun ein Rezept f\u00fcr ein reines Schoko-Bananenbrot mit dir teilen. In diesem Rezept trifft <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/2-zutaten-schokokuchen-ohne-mehl\/\"><strong>Schokokuchen<\/strong><\/a> auf Bananenbrot und ergibt ein genussvolles Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, einen s\u00fc\u00dfen Snack oder ein Dessert, das jedem Schokoladenliebhaber gerecht wird.<\/p>\n<p>Jeder Bissen dieses Bananen-Schokoladen-Brotes ist reich an s\u00fc\u00dfer Banane, dekadentem Kakao und zartschmelzender Schokolade und schmeckt einfach k\u00f6stlich. W\u00e4hrend herk\u00f6mmliche Rezepte mit wei\u00dfem Zucker und \u00d6l vollgepackt sind, kann dieses Schokoladen-Bananenbrot ohne raffinierten Zucker hergestellt werden und enth\u00e4lt gemahlene Mandeln, um gesunde Fette und Feuchtigkeit hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem ist es von Natur aus vegan und es ist kein Ei-Ersatz notwendig. Normales Weizenmehl (oder 50\/50 von Weizenmehl + Vollkornmehl) oder Dinkelmehl sollte auch funktionieren. Eine glutenfreie Allzweckmischung k\u00f6nnte funktionieren, aber ich habe es nicht ausprobiert. Bei Verwendung von Hafermehl wird das Brot am ersten Tag kr\u00fcmeliger sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln:<\/strong> Andere fein gemahlene N\u00fcsse oder Sonnenblumenkerne sind ebenfalls geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich habe unraffinierten Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker benutzt, aber normaler Zucker oder brauner Zucker geht auch. Du kannst auch eine Zuckeralternative wie Erythrit\/Xylit verwenden, aber das Brot wird dadurch etwas trockener.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Verwende hochwertiges, unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver f\u00fcr einen reichhaltigen Schokoladengeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Sorgt f\u00fcr eine lockere und fluffige Konsistenz. Achte darauf, dass es frisch ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Ein wenig Salz gleicht das s\u00fc\u00dfe, schokoladige Aroma aus und verst\u00e4rkt es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen:<\/strong> Verwende zartbittere, normale oder zuckerfreie Schokolade. F\u00fcr das vegane Schoko-Bananenbrot nehme ich vegane Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die feuchten Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bananen:<\/strong> Benutze weiche, reife Bananen mit vielen braunen Stellen. Je reifer sie sind, desto s\u00fc\u00dfer (und geschmackvoller) sind sie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Z. B. Mandelmilch, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hafermilch-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Hafermilch<\/strong><\/a>, Sojamilch usw.
