Deshalb war ich froh, dass ich mich auf schnelle, einfache, unkomplizierte und dennoch s\u00e4ttigende Nudelrezepte wie meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/one-pot-pasta\/\"><strong>20-Minuten-One-Pot-Pasta<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/spinat-sauce-rezept-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Spinat-Pasta<\/strong><\/a> und dieses herzhafte und gesunde Rezept f\u00fcr cremige Hummus-Pasta verlassen konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Im Grunde genommen kann man Hummus-Pasta nur mit \u00fcbrig gebliebenem Hummus und Nudelwasser, Br\u00fche oder Milch zubereiten, um die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz zu erreichen. In der gleichen Zeit, die f\u00fcr das Kochen der Nudeln ben\u00f6tigt wird, lassen sich jedoch mit ein paar zus\u00e4tzlichen Schritten und Zutaten ein noch schmackhafteres Gericht zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kombination aus preiswerten und leicht erh\u00e4ltlichen Zutaten, ergibt eine w\u00fcrzige Hummus-So\u00dfe mit einer cremigen Konsistenz. Sie ist schnell, gesund, vollwertig, leicht anpassbar (und ein tolles Gericht zum &#8222;Ausmisten des K\u00fchlschranks&#8220;). Au\u00dferdem ist sie vegan, ohne N\u00fcsse und mit viel pflanzlichem Eiwei\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Lust auf weitere einfache Ideen, was man mit Hummus machen kann? Cremiger Hummus eignet sich am besten f\u00fcr eine samtige Nudelso\u00dfe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Am besten ist frischer Zitronensaft, aber auch Zitronensaft aus der Flasche ist verwendbar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonnengetrocknete Tomaten:<\/strong> Perfekt f\u00fcr einen intensiven Tomatengeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spinat:<\/strong> (oder Gr\u00fcnkohl) Dieses Blattgem\u00fcse ist eine der einfachsten M\u00f6glichkeiten, diesem einfachen Nudel-Hummus-Rezept eine geballte Ladung an N\u00e4hrstoffen hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frisches Basilikum:<\/strong> Ich liebe die Kombination aus Basilikum und Tomate, aber Petersilie geht auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Die Humusso\u00dfe mit Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Chilipulver (oder Cayennepfeffer), Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer verfeinern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Weitere Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nudeln:<\/strong> Weizen-, Vollkorn- oder glutenfreie Nudeln (z.
