In letzter Zeit esse ich gerne abwechselnd <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/overnight-oats\/\"><strong>Overnight Oats<\/strong><\/a> und diesen einfachen Blaubeer-Chiasamen-Pudding. Der Chiapudding ist glutenfrei, pflanzlich, ohne raffinierten Zucker und k\u00f6stlich!<\/p>\n<p>Ich verwende Chiasamen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig als Ei-Ersatz, aber ihre Verdickungsf\u00e4higkeit eignet sich auch hervorragend f\u00fcr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/himbeermarmelade\/\">pektinfreie Marmelade<\/a><\/strong> und diesen leckeren Pudding, der reich an Ballaststoffen, Proteinen und Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren ist, die unseren K\u00f6rper mit Energie versorgen. Durch die Zugabe von Blaubeeren, Zitronenschalenabrieb, Pflanzenmilch und Ahornsirup wird der Beeren-Chia-Pudding s\u00fc\u00df, cremig, reich an Antioxidantien und voller fruchtiger Aromen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass man mit einfachen Zutaten aus der Speisekammer in 4 einfachen Schritten in wenigen Minuten eine gro\u00dfe Menge zubereiten kann. Andere Fr\u00fcchte wie Himbeeren, Erdbeeren, Pfirsiche, Mango usw. funktionieren auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Ich liebe die Cremigkeit von Kokosnussmilch aus der Dose (10 % Fett), aber du kannst auch eine fett\u00e4rmere Pflanzenmilch deiner Wahl verwenden. Z.B. Mandelmilch, Hafermilch, Sojamilch, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agave, Dattelsirup, brauner Reissirup usw. F\u00fcr eine zuckerarme Version kann auch ein kalorienreduziertes S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (wie Erythrit oder Xylit) verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitrone:<\/strong> Eine kleine Menge Zitronensaft und -schale rundet die S\u00fc\u00dfe der Beeren wunderbar ab und verleiht ihnen ein frisches, zitrusartiges Aroma.
