Stattdessen ist es ein hefefreies, eifreies, glutenfreies und mehlfreies Brot, das an ein nordisches Saatenbrot erinnert.<\/p>\n<p>Was genau ist dieses Haferbrot also? Nun, dieses Rezept geht noch einen Schritt weiter als mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/low-carb-leinsamen-brot\/\"><strong>Low-Carb Leinsamenbrot<\/strong><\/a> und besteht fast ausschlie\u00dflich aus gemischten Samen und Haferflocken, ganz ohne Backtriebmittel. Das Ergebnis ist ein gesundes Brot mit vollwertigen Zutaten, das sowohl zu Hause als auch unterwegs (z. B. beim Camping oder Wandern) gut schmeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist saftig, dicht, bissfest, s\u00e4ttigend, gesund und vollgepackt mit Ballaststoffen, herzgesunden Fetten und Mikron\u00e4hrstoffen (wie Eisen, Kalzium, Zink, Magnesium usw.), die in jedem Bissen enthalten sind, ganz ohne leere Kalorien. Und im Gegensatz zu \u00e4hnlichen Rezepten ist dieses Saatenbrot Rezept ohne Zucker und zudem \u00f6lfrei.<\/p>\n<p>Und das Beste ist, dass es nur mit einer Handvoll Zutaten aus der Speisekammer in einer Sch\u00fcssel SO einfach zu machen ist, dass man nur wenig aufr\u00e4umen muss und keine besonderen Ger\u00e4te oder Techniken braucht. Mischen, ruhen lassen, backen, abk\u00fchlen und genie\u00dfen &#8211; Voila! Ich bevorzuge rohe Saaten, aber das R\u00f6sten von K\u00fcrbis- und Sonnenblumenkernen kann das Aroma noch intensiver machen.\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Gemahlene Leinsamen (normal oder golden &#8211; wichtig f\u00fcr die Bindung des Brotes)<\/li>\n<li>Chiasamen (helfen auch bei der Bindung)<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne<\/li>\n<li>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Andere Saaten wie Sesamsamen, Hanfsamen und Pinienkerne (die ebenfalls Samen sind) eignen sich auch hervorragend.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalen:<\/strong> Diese Zutat tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass weizen- und glutenfreies Brot einen glutenhaltigen Teig besser nachahmt und ist ein hervorragendes Bindemittel &#8211; diese Zutat sollte NICHT weggelassen oder ersetzt werden, denn es gibt keinen gleichwertigen Ersatz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Eine kleine Menge Salz verbessert den Gesamtgeschmack des Saatenbrots.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hei\u00dfes Wasser:<\/strong> Das Wasser muss hei\u00df sein, damit die gemahlenen Flohsamen und Leinsamen zum Eindicken und Binden &#8222;angeregt&#8220; werden. Zuckerfreie Alternativen wie Erythrit\/Stevia (granuliert oder in Tropfenform) funktionieren ebenfalls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen eher s\u00fc\u00dfen Laib k\u00f6nnen einige K\u00f6rner durch eine Handvoll Rosinen, Cranberries, fein gehackte Datteln, Aprikosen, Feigen usw. ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> F\u00fcr ein herzhaftes gesundes Brot ohne Hefe empfehle ich getrocknete Zwiebeln, Knoblauchpulver, R\u00e4ucherpaprika und\/oder Chiliflocken hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. F\u00fcr ein s\u00fc\u00dferes Brot kann eine Prise Zimt und Muskatnuss oder K\u00fcrbiskuchengew\u00fcrz hinzugegeben werden. Das Wasser sollte vollst\u00e4ndig aufgesaugt worden sein.
