Sie eignen sich perfekt als Vorspeise f\u00fcr einen Spieleabend, als Party-Snack (z. Auf Wunsch kann nat\u00fcrlich auch ein selbstgemachter Pizzateig verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00e4se:<\/strong> F\u00fcr vegane Pizzabr\u00f6tchen empfiehlt sich die Verwendung von schmelzf\u00e4higem geriebenem veganem K\u00e4se. Ich habe es auch schon mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-cheddar-kaese\/\"><strong>selbstgemachtem veganem K\u00e4se<\/strong><\/a> probiert, der allerdings nicht extrem gut schmilzt. F\u00fcr unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen k\u00f6nnen auch verschiedene K\u00e4sesorten kombiniert werden (z. B. veganer Cheddar, Mozzarella, ger\u00e4ucherter K\u00e4se, usw.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sahne\/Creme:<\/strong> Eine Mischung aus veganer Sahne\/Creme (z. B. Soja- oder Hafersahne\/creme) und einer Prise Kurkuma, kann anstelle von Eigelb auf die Pizzabr\u00f6tchen gestrichen werden und verleiht ihnen eine goldene Farbe. Geschmolzene vegane Butter sollte auch funktionieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tomaten-Pizzaschnecken<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tomatensauce:<\/strong> Eine gute Tomatenso\u00dfe sollte verwendet werden, z. Gleichzeitig alle \u00fcbrigen Zutaten abmessen\/abwiegen und vorbereiten. Tomatensauce und Oregano (nach Geschmack) sowie Pflanzensahne und Kurkuma in zwei separaten kleinen Schalen vermengen und beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig vorsichtig ausrollen und mit einem Nudelholz\/Flasche etwas d\u00fcnner\/gr\u00f6\u00dfer machen.<\/li>\n<li>Um die Pizza-Schnecken herzustellen, zuerst die w\u00fcrzige Tomatensauce auf dem Teig verteilen, dabei einen Rand von 1 cm frei lassen, dann mit dem geriebenen K\u00e4se bestreuen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig von der schmaleren Seite her vorsichtig aufrollen, mit der Nahtseite nach unten legen und mit einem scharfen Messer in 10-11 etwa 4-5 cm breite St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Falls es Probleme beim Schneiden geben sollte, den Teig zun\u00e4chst 10-15 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-32787 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/4-step-by-step-pics-how-to-make-tomato-pizza-rolls.jpg\" alt=\"4 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Bilder der Zubereitung von Tomaten-Pizzaschnecken\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1600\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Pizzaschnecken sind eine einfache und beliebte schnelle Vorspeise, ein Snack und ein Partyessen, f\u00fcr die nur wenige Zutaten ben\u00f6tigt werden! Dann 18-20 Minuten im Ofen backen, nach etwa 10-12 Minuten noch einmal mit der Sahnemischung bestreichen oder mit \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen. Bei der Herstellung der Pizzabr\u00f6tchen hast du zudem die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Toppings wie Tomate oder Spinat! #pizzaschnecken #pizzabr\u00f6tchen #fingerfood #partyfood #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Pizzaschnecken mit K\u00e4se und Spinat<\/h3>\n<p>Viele der Schritte sind \u00e4hnlich wie oben beschrieben, aber bei den Spinat-K\u00e4se-Br\u00f6tchen kommen noch ein paar weitere Schritte hinzu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Pizzateig zun\u00e4chst auftauen lassen (sofern er gefroren ist) und bei Bedarf auf Zimmertemperatur erw\u00e4rmen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und hacken, den Knoblauch hacken\/pressen und die restlichen Zutaten abmessen\/abwiegen.<\/li>\n<li>Das \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne auf mittlerer Flamme erhitzen. Die Zwiebel darin 3-4 Minuten anbraten (bis sie glasig ist), dann den Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Den Backofen auf 220\u00b0C (Ober-\/Unterhitze) oder 200\u00b0C (Umluft) vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig vorsichtig ausrollen und mit einem Nudelholz\/Flasche etwas ausrollen\/d\u00fcnner machen.<\/li>\n<li>Zuerst den Frischk\u00e4se auf dem Teig verteilen (1 cm Rand lassen), dann die Zwiebel-Knoblauch-Mischung, anschlie\u00dfend den Spinat dar\u00fcber verteilen. Anschlie\u00dfend in einen Ziplock-Beutel geben und bis zu 3 Monate aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die Pizzabr\u00f6tchen k\u00f6nnen kalt verzehrt oder aus dem K\u00fchlschrank oder direkt aus dem Gefrierfach bei 175 Grad Celsius wieder aufgew\u00e4rmt werden, bis sie vollst\u00e4ndig erw\u00e4rmt und au\u00dfen wieder kross sind.
