Ob <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-apfel-pancakes\/\"><strong>Apfelpfannkuchen<\/strong><\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/baked-oatmeal-rezept-apfel\/\"><strong>Baked Oatmeal<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apfelkekse\/\"><strong>Apfelkekse<\/strong><\/a> oder &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apfel-streusel-muffins\/\"><strong>Muffins<\/strong><\/a> als Snack oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/karamell-apfel-kaesekuchen\/\"><strong>Apfel-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong><\/a> oder &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/einfacher-apfelstrudel\/\"><strong>Strudel<\/strong><\/a> als Dessert. Aber meine neueste Leidenschaft? Diese gebackenen Apfelringe aus Bl\u00e4tterteig!<\/p>\n<p>Apfelringe, Bl\u00e4tterteig-Donuts, Apfelring-Geb\u00e4ck, Bl\u00e4tterteig mit Apfel &#8211; wie auch immer man diese k\u00f6stlichen, in Bl\u00e4tterteig eingewickelten \u00c4pfel nennen m\u00f6chte, sie sind ein Muss f\u00fcr den Herbst. Sie umh\u00fcllen warme, zarte, mit Zimtzucker (ich verwende Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker) gew\u00fcrzte Apfelscheiben mit luftigem, knusprigem Bl\u00e4tterteig, der mit noch mehr Zimtzucker bestreut wird &#8211; und schmecken wie Apfelkuchen, sind aber mit einer Handvoll Zutaten, ein paar Minuten Vorbereitungszeit und minimalem Aufwand viel einfacher zuzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Und obwohl sie wie Donuts aussehen, muss man sich nicht mit Teig oder hei\u00dfem \u00d6l herumschlagen. Stattdessen muss man nur etwas schneiden, einwickeln und bestreuen. Dann kommen sie zum Backen in den Ofen (oder in die Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse). In Frage kommen beispielsweise Honey Crisp, Gala, Pink Lady, Fuji, Braeburn oder Granny Smith.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer Bl\u00e4tterteig:<\/strong> Um Zeit und M\u00fche zu sparen, empfiehlt es sich, vorgefertigten veganen Bl\u00e4tterteig zu verwenden, der bei Bedarf auch glutenfrei erh\u00e4ltlich ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker:<\/strong> Ich liebe den karamellartigen Geschmack dieses unraffinierten Zuckers, obwohl man auch braunen Zucker verwenden kann.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zimt:<\/strong> Zimt und Apfel sind wie f\u00fcreinander geschaffen. Die Ringe auf einem Tablett ausbreiten und einfrieren, dann in einem Ziplock bis zu 2 Monate aufbewahren. Dann im gefrorenen Zustand backen, wobei die Backzeit verl\u00e4ngert werden muss.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich die Apfel-Bl\u00e4tterteig-Ringe in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber es sollte gut funktionieren. Ich empfehle, die Apfelringe mit Bl\u00e4tterteig 10-14 Minuten lang bei 190 Grad Celsius zu &#8222;backen&#8220;.
