Die Zubereitung von S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel Mac and Cheese, w\u00fcrde ebenfalls funktionieren und einen \u00e4hnlichen, wenn auch nicht identischen Geschmack ergeben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit ist die Kombination von Butternut K\u00fcrbis und\/oder K\u00fcrbis mit S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln, normalen Kartoffeln, Karotten oder Pastinaken, um verschiedene Aromen zu kombinieren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Ich verwende am liebsten frische Knoblauchzehen, aber Knoblauchpulver geht auch in der Not.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Neutrales Speise\u00f6l wie Oliven\u00f6l oder Avocado\u00f6l verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashewkerne:<\/strong> Rohe, ungesalzene Cashews werden gekocht, bis sie weich sind, und dann p\u00fcriert, um eine cremige, k\u00f6stliche, vegane Pasta mit K\u00e4se zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Hochwertige, kr\u00e4ftige Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (normal oder salzarm) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nudeln:<\/strong> Traditionell werden Makkaroni verwendet, aber jede kurz geformte Nudelsorte (wie Muscheln, Penne, Rotini oder Fusilli) ist geeignet. Geeignet sind normale, Vollkorn- oder glutenfreie Nudeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitrone:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge frischen Zitronensaft, aber im Notfall geht auch Zitronensaft aus der Flasche. Das verst\u00e4rkt und intensiviert den Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Senf:<\/strong> Ich habe Dijon-Senf verwendet, aber auch normaler Senf oder sogar Vollkornsenf ist geeignet, um eine subtile, k\u00f6stliche Tiefe zu erzeugen und den K\u00e4segeschmack zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> Diese einfache, vegane Zutat, ist der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr den k\u00e4sigen Geschmack dieser veganen K\u00fcrbis-Pasta.
