Diese chinesischen Kartoffelnudeln sind jedoch nicht einfach nur lange Gnocchi. Die Menge je nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge frische Knoblauchzehen, aber zur Not geht auch Knoblauchpulver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chili:<\/strong> Es gibt verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten, z. B. Chiliflocken (wie Gochugaru), fein gehackte rote Chilischoten und optional Chilipulver, f\u00fcr eine sch\u00e4rfere Note. Das Rezept ist glutenfrei, vegan und in 45 Minuten fertig! #kartoffelnudeln #dickenudeln #asiatischenudeln #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Schritt 2: Nudeln formen und kochen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Einen gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser zum Kochen bringen und eine separate Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser bereitstellen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit den Kartoffelteig in ca. 14-16 gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke teilen und diese mit einem feuchten K\u00fcchentuch abdecken, w\u00e4hrend du sie einzeln bearbeitest.<\/li>\n<li>Jedes Teigst\u00fcck zu einer ca. 1,2 cm dicken Nudel rollen. Dann den Vorgang mit den restlichen Nudeln wiederholen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn der Teig sehr br\u00fcchig ist oder stark rei\u00dft, einfach etwas mehr Wasser zugeben, immer nur ein paar Tropfen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sobald die Kartoffelnudeln fertig sind, diese vorsichtig in den Topf mit kochendem Wasser geben (darauf achten, dass der Topf nicht zu voll ist) und 4-5 Minuten kochen, dabei nach 1-2 Minuten mit St\u00e4bchen umr\u00fchren. Wenn der Teig zu nass oder klebrig ist, sollte etwas mehr St\u00e4rke hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Er sollte geschmeidig sein und sich leicht verarbeiten lassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe anpassen:<\/strong> Es ist m\u00f6glich, die Nudeln etwas d\u00fcnner zu machen.
