Dank s\u00fc\u00dfer Leckereien wie diesen einfachen Eiwei\u00df-Pfannkuchen, die der ganzen Familie (ob vegan oder nicht) schmecken, kann ich jetzt mit einer kr\u00e4ftigen Dosis pflanzlichen Proteins aufwarten!<\/p>\n<p>Diese Di\u00e4t-Pfannenkuchen bestehen aus nur 5 gesunden Zutaten, ohne Zuckerzusatz (nur Banane) und bieten eine ausgewogene Kombination aus Protein, komplexen Kohlenhydraten und Ballaststoffen. Alternativ kann auch Buchweizenmehl benutzt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Ich nehme gerne Kokosmilch aus der Dose, aber auch jede andere pflanzliche Milch sollte funktionieren. D.h. Mandelmilch, Hafermilch usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banane:<\/strong> Bananenp\u00fcree ist eine gro\u00dfartige bindende Zutat und verleiht diesen veganen Protein-Pfannkuchen eine nat\u00fcrliche S\u00fc\u00dfe. Unges\u00fc\u00dftes Apfelmus funktioniert auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliches Eiwei\u00dfpulver:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge Proteinpulver mit Vanillegeschmack, aber du kannst auch mit anderen Geschmacksrichtungen experimentieren. Ich habe Bio-Vanille-Protein-Pulver verwendet, das Erbsenproteinpulver und braunes Reisprotein enth\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Dieses Backtriebmittel sorgt f\u00fcr die n\u00f6tige Lockerheit, um fluffige vegane Pfannkuchen zu backen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> F\u00fcr das Ausbacken dieser gesunden Pfannkuchen. Den Teig 20 Minuten lang auf Raumtemperatur erw\u00e4rmen lassen und dann das Backpulver unterr\u00fchren, bevor die Pfannkuchen gebacken werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Die Eiweiss-Pfannkuchen abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter\/Ziplock im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 3-4 Tage aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Entweder die Pfannkuchen in einer einzigen Schicht auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Tablett ausbreiten und einfrieren, bis sie fest sind, ODER sie mit Backpapier zwischen jeder Schicht stapeln (um ein Anhaften zu vermeiden) und dann in einen gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4lter\/Beutel f\u00fcr bis zu 3 Monate geben. \u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen oder in der Mikrowelle\/im Toaster erw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die Pancakes im Toaster\/Mikrowelle aufw\u00e4rmen (in Intervallen von 15-20 Sekunden).
