B. getrocknete Feigen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leinsamen<\/strong> &#8211; diese veganen Brownies enthalten eine gro\u00dfe Menge an Leinsamen, die eine gute Quelle f\u00fcr viele N\u00e4hrstoffe sind. Ihre gesundheitlichen Vorteile sind vor allem auf ihren Gehalt an Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/benefits-of-flaxseeds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lignanen<\/strong><\/a> und Ballaststoffen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver<\/strong> &#8211; unges\u00fc\u00dft. &#8222;Dutch Processed&#8220; ist weniger bitter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussmehl<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst Mandelmehl (gemahlene Mandeln) anstelle von Erdnussmehl verwenden. Ich habe es schon ausprobiert und es hat auch gut geklappt. Eigentlich w\u00fcrden alle gemahlenen N\u00fcsse oder Kerne genauso gut funktionieren. Einige Beispiele sind gemahlene Waln\u00fcsse, Haseln\u00fcsse, Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne, Hanfsamen, etc. Aber mir schmecken diese gesunden Brownies mit Erdnussmehl (z.B. PB2) am besten. Du kannst es bei Amazon bestellen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanille<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; f\u00fcr das beste Ergebnis kannst du echte Vanille verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agavensirup<\/strong> &#8211; oder Ahornsirup (f\u00fcr die Glasur). Du kannst auch gekaufte gemahlene Leinsamen verwenden, aber achte darauf, dass das Leinsamenmehl frisch ist.<\/li>\n<li>Alle trockenen Zutaten in einem Zerkleinerer (Food Prozessor) zerkleinern, dann die Datteln und den Vanilleextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange mixen, bis der Teig zusammenklebt, wenn du ihn zwischen den Fingern zusammenpresst. Es kann eine Weile dauern, bis die Mischung zusammenklebt. Wenn die Mischung nach einigen Minuten immer noch zu trocken ist, f\u00fcge einfach ein paar zus\u00e4tzliche Datteln oder ein wenig Ahornsirup oder rohen Agavendicksaft hinzu. Die Datteln sollten sehr weich und saftig sein. Die Brownies lassen sich bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren. Ich stelle immer sicher, dass ich eine Charge im Gefrierschrank aufbewahre, so dass ich immer gen\u00fcgend davon auf Vorrat habe, wenn mich die Lust auf Schokolade \u00fcberkommt.
