Wenn es um salzige, herzhafte Snacks geht, habe ich bereits ein Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffelchips-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Kartoffelchips<\/strong><\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Jetzt sind diese knusprigen, selbstgemachten Doritos an der Reihe.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept f\u00fcr gebackene Tortilla Chips ist wirklich kinderleicht umzusetzen! Einfach Mais-Tortillas in kleine Dreiecke schneiden, ein wenig \u00d6l dazugeben, mit den gew\u00fcnschten Gew\u00fcrzen w\u00fcrzen &#8211; ich habe unten auch mehrere Ideen f\u00fcr verschiedene Gew\u00fcrzmischungen aufgelistet &#8211; und dann backen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald sie fertig gebacken und abgek\u00fchlt sind, bleiben diese selbstgemachten Taco-Chips super knusprig. Sie werden mit nur einer Handvoll einfacher und preiswerter Zutaten aus der Vorratskammer zubereitet, enthalten nur einen Bruchteil des Fetts und schmecken trotzdem fantastisch. Sie bestehen jedoch alle aus einer Basis von:<\/p>\n<p><em>Mais (ganze Maisk\u00f6rner), Pflanzen\u00f6le und Salz. Aromatisierte Sorten enthalten in der Regel mehrere Geschmacksstoffe, oft auch MSG, Maltodextrin, k\u00fcnstliche Aromen, k\u00fcnstliche Farbstoffe und oft irgendeine Form von Milchprodukten \/ nicht-veganen Zutaten, wie K\u00e4se, Molke, Buttermilch, Laktose&#8230; Alles in allem also etwa 30 Zutaten&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zum Gl\u00fcck ist es ganz einfach, gesunde Doritos mit nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten wie Mais-Tortillas, ein wenig \u00d6l und echten Kr\u00e4utern und Gew\u00fcrzen herzustellen. Die Zutaten, die ich verwendet habe, sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mais-Tortillas:<\/strong> Ich habe 15 cm gro\u00dfe Bio-Mais-Tortillas verwendet, aber normale funktionieren auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocado\u00f6l:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes neutrales Speise\u00f6l, z. B. Eventuell extra Salz und Knoblauch-\/Zwiebelpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen. R\u00e4ucherpaprika f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Rauchigkeit hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andere Gew\u00fcrzmischungen:<\/strong> z. B. Dazu die obigen Schritte 1-4 ausf\u00fchren, dann die Chips in einer einzigen Schicht im Korb der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse ausbreiten und etwa 8-10 Minuten bei 175 \u00b0C garen (nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit wenden). W\u00e4hrend eine Charge abk\u00fchlt, die N\u00e4chste vorbereiten.<\/p>\n<h2>Wie lagert man selbstgemachte Mais-Chips?<\/h2>\n<p>Zuerst sollten die Chips VOLLST\u00c4NDIG abgek\u00fchlt sein, bevor sie verstaut werden. Jede Restw\u00e4rme kann Dampf verursachen, der die mexikanischen Chips aufweicht. Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigen sie etwas weniger Backzeit (um nicht zu verbrennen).<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich selbstgemachte Tortilla-Chips ohne \u00d6l zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Das ist zwar m\u00f6glich, aber sie sind dann nicht so knusprig, und das \u00d6l tr\u00e4gt auch dazu bei, dass die Gew\u00fcrze haften bleiben.
