Allein f\u00fcr Tortillas habe ich bereits Rezepte wie <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/spinat-tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei-vegan\/\"><strong>Spinat-Tortillas<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/linsen-pfannkuchen\/\">Linsen-Pfannkuchen<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/low-carb-wraps-tortillas\/\"><strong>Low-Carb-Tortillas<\/strong><\/a> und normale <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>glutenfreie Tortillas<\/strong><\/a> vorgestellt. Und jetzt sind diese einfachen Reis-Tortillas an der Reihe.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Tortillas ohne Mehl ben\u00f6tigen nur ganz wenige Zutaten (drei davon sind Salz, Wasser und \u00d6l) und keine besonderen Zutaten (wie Xanthan oder St\u00e4rke). Und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Reis-Tortilla-Rezepten habe ich sie mit gekochtem Reis zubereitet. Allerdings habe ich in den FAQs auch die g\u00e4ngigere Methode mit Reismehl angegeben &#8211; du kannst also das verwenden, was du gerade zur Hand hast.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass diese glutenfreien Tortillas immer noch wunderbar weich und biegsam sind, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass sie rei\u00dfen oder auseinander fallen. Um Reistortillas mit Reismehl zu machen, siehe die FAQs unten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Zum Kochen des Reises. Dann zusammen mit dem (neuen) Wasser und dem Salz in einen Topf geben und zum Kochen bringen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald er kocht, die Hitze auf ein K\u00f6cheln reduzieren und den Reis 15-16 Minuten ohne Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann vom Herd nehmen, den Topf mit einem Deckel abdecken und 10-15 Minuten stehen lassen, bis der Reis die restliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufgesogen hat und weich ist. Diese dann auf einen ge\u00f6lten Teller geben und mit einem Messer in 8 gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke (je ca. 60-65 g) teilen. (In der Zwischenzeit die n\u00e4chste Reiskugel ausrollen.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So wird sichergestellt, dass sie ein wenig knusprig sind und ein paar dunkle Stellen haben, aber noch biegsam sind. Wenn du sie knuspriger haben m\u00f6chtest, solltest du sie etwas l\u00e4nger braten und\/oder die Hitze erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sobald sie gar sind, die gesunden Tortillas auf einen mit einem K\u00fcchentuch abgedeckten Teller legen (um sie warm zu halten) und den Vorgang mit den restlichen Reisb\u00e4llchen wiederholen. Dann formen und zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr geschmeidigere Reismehl-Tortillas kann ein Teil des Reismehls durch Pfeilwurzelst\u00e4rke\/Tapiokamehl ersetzt werden (etwa 2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel pro 1 Tasse Reismehl verwenden).<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Sind Reistortillas biegsam?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, diese Wraps sind biegsam und weich, solange sie warm sind und nicht zu lange gebraten wurden.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich \u00fcbrig gebliebenen gekochten Reis verwenden?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe es nicht ausprobiert, aber es k\u00f6nnte funktionieren. Gekochter Reis neigt allerdings dazu, im Laufe der Zeit auszutrocknen.
