Er besteht aus nur 4 Zutaten, ist aber unwiderstehlich k\u00f6stlich &#8211; eine Kombination aus frischer oder gefrorener Ananas, Mango und Banane mit Pflanzenmilch, sodass ein erfrischendes, nat\u00fcrlich ges\u00fc\u00dftes, s\u00e4miges und cremiges Rezept, f\u00fcr einen tropischen Smoothie entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Er schmeckt wie ein Dessert, enth\u00e4lt aber keinen Zuckerzusatz und eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr einen Muntermacher am Morgen oder Nachmittag, im Sommer und das ganze Jahr \u00fcber (dank der Verwendung gefrorener Zutaten!). Au\u00dferdem wirkt er antibakteriell und antiviral und kann die Eisenaufnahme verbessern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocado:<\/strong> Eine halbe kleine Avocado, mit oder anstelle einer Banane, sorgt f\u00fcr Cremigkeit und herzgesunde Fette.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kurkuma und Pfeffer:<\/strong> Kurkuma erh\u00f6ht die antioxidative Kapazit\u00e4t in unserem K\u00f6rper, ist krebshemmend und wirkt sich positiv auf die Herzgesundheit, den Blutdruck, Entz\u00fcndungen, die Gehirnfunktion usw. aus. Frische Frucht-Smoothies halten sich jedoch abgedeckt in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank bis zu 12 Stunden. Mit etwas Zitrone\/Limette wird die Oxidation reduziert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gefrierschrank:<\/strong> Falls du aus Versehen zu viel gemacht hast, dann kannst du die \u00fcbrig gebliebenen Smoothie-Reste einfrieren! In einem gefriersicheren Ziplock-Beutel zu einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht verteilen, die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Luft herausdr\u00fccken, verschlie\u00dfen und bis zu 3 Monate im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen und dann gut durchmischen.
