Erdnussmus oder andere Kern-\/Nussmuse (z. B. Mandelmus, Pistazienmus, Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus usw.) funktionieren ebenfalls, ben\u00f6tigen aber m\u00f6glicherweise etwas mehr Haferflocken\/Chia zum Andicken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kernige Haferflocken:<\/strong> Bei Bedarf zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken verwenden. Zarte Haferflocken k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls verwendet werden, sind aber st\u00e4rker verarbeitet und ver\u00e4ndern die Textur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chiasamen (optional):<\/strong> Oder gemahlene Leinsamen. Diese winzigen Samen, liefern Eiwei\u00df und herzgesunde Omega-Fetts\u00e4uren und dienen als Verdickungsmittel\/Bindemittel, um die Erdnussbutter-Kugeln zusammenzuhalten.\u00a0Ich habe das Rezept auch schon ohne Chiasamen gemacht, und es hat trotzdem super geklappt! Die Kugeln werden nur weicher und weniger knusprig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, wie Agave, Reismalzsirup, brauner Reissirup, Dattelsirup usw. Zuckerfreier Sirup sollte ebenfalls funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Schokost\u00fcckchen (optional):<\/strong> Ich verwende am liebsten dunkle Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen (normale oder Mini-Schokodrops funktionieren auch). Zum Abk\u00fchlen beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Falls die Erdnussbutter bereits fl\u00fcssig ist (wie Erdnussmus), kannst du diesen Schritt auslassen.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend die Haferflocken und Chiasamen in einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel vermengen. Die Kugeln werden nur weicher und weniger knusprig. Du k\u00f6nntest auch etwas weniger verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Den Teig anpassen:<\/strong> Wenn er trocken\/kr\u00fcmelig ist, mehr fl\u00fcssige Erdnussbutter hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis sich ein Teig ergibt. Wenn er zu feucht ist, Haferflocken oder ein anderes Verdickungsmittel wie Proteinpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falls du die S\u00fc\u00dfe reduzierst:<\/strong> Bitte beachte, dass sich dadurch das Verh\u00e4ltnis von feuchten zu trockenen Zutaten \u00e4ndert, sodass du mehr fl\u00fcssige Erdnussbutter hinzuf\u00fcgen musst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nicht das K\u00fchlen
