Fester Tofu kann auch funktionieren, aber bitte keine weicheren Sorten (oder Seidentofu) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke\/Maisst\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Oder Pfeilwurzel-\/Kartoffelst\u00e4rke, umh\u00fcllt den Tofu leicht und sorgt f\u00fcr eine knusprige Kruste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Sie verleiht dem Tofu W\u00fcrze und einen Hauch von Umami. Normale oder salzarme Sojasauce verwenden.
