Orzo ist einfach zuzubereiten, schnell gekocht und schmeckt in verschiedensten Variationen, z.B. in einem leichten <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/orzo-salat\/\"><strong>Orzo Salad<\/strong><\/a> oder genauso gut in <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/frische-tomatensuppe-vegan\/\"><strong>Suppe<\/strong><\/a>. Nun ist dieser cremige Orzo Eintopf mit Tomaten, Knoblauch und Basilikum an der Reihe, der alle G\u00e4ste begeistern wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Orzo Rezept ist nicht nur super einfach und k\u00f6stlich, sondern wird auch nur in einem Topf zubereitet und ist im Grunde wie ein &#8222;Schummel&#8220;-Risotto. Indem die Orzo Nudeln in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche gekocht und mit anderen k\u00f6stlichen Zutaten verfeinert werden, hat dieses Orzo Risotto (auch bekannt als &#8222;Orzotto&#8220;) die gleiche super cremige, dekadente Konsistenz, wie ein normales Risotto. Die Zubereitung erfolgt jedoch mit weniger Aufwand und in k\u00fcrzerer Zeit. Ich habe Rote Linsen Risoni genommen (glutenfrei). Andere kleine Nudelformen funktionieren auch, z. B. Riesen-Couscous, Ditalini oder Pastina (die Kochzeit entsprechend anpassen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> In Verbindung mit angebratenen Tomaten, erh\u00f6ht dieses \u00d6l die Aufnahme von Lycopin (ein starkes Antioxidans). Aber auch andere neutrale Speise\u00f6le sind geeignet. z. B. Avocado\u00f6l usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromastoffe:<\/strong> Mit viel Knoblauch und Zwiebeln (oder Schalotten), l\u00e4sst sich dieses Tomaten-Orzo-Gericht besonders gut verfeinern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kirschtomaten:<\/strong> Kirsch-, Trauben- oder Mini-Pflaumentomaten sind geeignet. Gew\u00fcrfelte Tomaten aus der Dose funktionieren auch, aber der Geschmack\/S\u00e4uregehalt ver\u00e4ndert sich.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Verwende (warme) Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder ein Br\u00fchpulver\/-w\u00fcrfel in Kombination mit kochendem Wasser. Wasser geht auch, ist aber weit weniger geschmackvoll.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine besonders cremige Konsistenz habe ich Kokosmilch aus der Dose benutzt, es funktioniert aber auch mit einer Light-Version. Falls du kein Fan von Kokosnuss bist, kannst du auch eine d\u00fcnne <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/cashew-creme\/\"><strong>Cashew-Creme<\/strong><\/a> oder eine andere vegane Sahne nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomatenmark:<\/strong> (optional) f\u00fcr einen kr\u00e4ftigeren Tomatengeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Nach Belieben w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zum Garnieren:<\/strong> Ich verwende <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\"><strong>veganen Parmesan-K\u00e4se<\/strong><\/a> (oder Cheddar-\/Feta-K\u00e4se), rote Chiliflocken und frische Kr\u00e4uter, wie frisches Basilikum. Sobald es hei\u00df ist, die Zwiebel hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwa 3 Minuten lang scharf anbraten. Dann den Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und 30-60 Sekunden anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kirschtomaten hinzugeben und kochen, bis sie etwas weicher werden. Er sollte daher am besten frisch zubereitet verzehrt werden, l\u00e4sst sich aber auch gut lagern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Das Orzo Gericht abk\u00fchlen lassen und die Reste in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank 3-5 Tage aufbewahren.
