Diese beeindruckende H\u00fclsenfrucht kann trocken oder in Dosen gekauft werden und es gibt sie in mehreren Sorten mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen und Texturen (einschlie\u00dflich schwarzer, brauner, gr\u00fcner und roter Linsen), mit denen sich unz\u00e4hlige Linsen Rezepte zubereiten lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem sind sie preiswert, einfach und schnell zu kochen, f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten und die Gefriertruhe geeignet und eine s\u00e4ttigende, nahrhafte und proteinreiche Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr eine pflanzliche (und omni!) Ern\u00e4hrung.
