Die beliebten Kokospralinen des italienischen Herstellers <strong>Ferrero<\/strong> sind weltbekannt. Jede Raffaello-Praline enth\u00e4lt eine wei\u00dfe Milchcreme, eine kugelf\u00f6rmige Waffel und eine Mandel in der Mitte.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich musste ich versuchen meine eigenen Raffaelo B\u00e4llchen in vegan zu machen. An dem Rezept habe ich eine ganze Weile lang gearbeitet, da ich nie 100% zufrieden war. Ich habe versucht das Rezept <strong>so einfach wie m\u00f6glich<\/strong> zu halten, daher gibt es bei meiner Version auch keine Waffel. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich jedoch super happy und ich hoffe, du wirst es auch sein.<\/p>\n<p>Du brauchst nicht einmal einen Mixer oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine, um diese Kokospralinen herzustellen, <strong>nur eine Sch\u00fcssel<\/strong> und weniger als 15 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses einfache Rezept wird jeden Koko-Hei\u00dfhunger stillen, das verspreche ich! Ja, sie enthalten auch viel Fett, aber es ist gesundes Fett, das dich nicht fett macht. Um mehr \u00fcber Laurins\u00e4ure und ihre gesundheitlichen Vorteile zu erfahren, lese dir diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zentrum-der-gesundheit.de\/kokosoel-ia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artikel<\/a> durch.<\/p>\n<p>Die drei Zutaten, die in diesem selbstgemachten Raffaelo Rezept verwendet werden, sind:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Kokosmus &#8211;<\/strong> Es wird hergestellt aus getrockneten Kokosraspeln. Ich mache oft mein eigenes Kokosmus. Lese weiter unten, wie es geht. Du kannst auch einen Teil vom Kokosmus durch Cashewmus ersetzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosraspeln &#8211;<\/strong> Du k\u00f6nntest auch Kokosflocken verwenden und diese einige Sekunden lang in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Mixer hexeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup &#8211;<\/strong> Jedes andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agavensirup, Reissirup, Dattelsirup usw. ist in Ordnung. Wenn du 100%igen reinen Ahornsirup verwendest, sind die Kokosb\u00e4llchen paleo-freundlich!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Du kannst eine <strong>Mandel<\/strong> in jede Kokoskugel stecken (optional), wenn du einen \u00e4hnlichen Geschmack wie Raffaello w\u00fcnschst.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du dein eigenes Kokosmus herstellst, ben\u00f6tigst du f\u00fcr dieses Rezept nur zwei (2!!) Zutaten. Kann es einfacher und unkomplizierter sein? Deswegen ist hier meine Anleitung:<\/p>\n<p>P\u00fcriere 250 g unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln in einer <strong>K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Zerkleinerer<\/strong>, bis sich die Kokosraspeln in Kokosmus verwandeln und eine Creme entsteht. Kratze zwischendurch die W\u00e4nde der K\u00fcchenmaschine mit einem Spatel ab, damit Reste nicht daran kleben bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst ein wenig Kokos\u00f6l hinzuf\u00fcgen, um den Vorgang zu beschleunigen und einfacher zu machen! Die Herstellung dauert ungef\u00e4hr 20 Minuten. Forme mit deinen H\u00e4nden 8 B\u00e4llchen. Du kannst auch in jedes Kokosb\u00e4llchen eine blanchierte Mandel hereindr\u00fccken (dieser Schritt ist optional).<\/li>\n<li>Rolle die B\u00e4llchen in Kokosraspeln und genie\u00dfe sie kalt!
