Er enth\u00e4lt viel frisches, knackiges Gem\u00fcse, ein spritziges Zitronen-Oliven\u00f6l-Dressing und proteinreiche wei\u00dfe Bohnen oder Kichererbsen. Inzwischen gibt es aber auch mehrere glutenfreie und Vollkornvarianten.<\/p>\n<p>Sie lassen sich schnell und einfach zubereiten und eignen sich sowohl f\u00fcr warme als auch f\u00fcr kalte Gerichte, insbesondere in der mediterranen und mittel\u00f6stlichen K\u00fcche. Ich habe Rote Linsen Risoni genommen, die von Natur aus glutenfrei sind. Auch andere kleine Nudelformen sind geeignet, z. B. Riesen-Couscous.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Ich verwende eine ziemlich typische, mediterran-inspirierte Kombination aus\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebeln (wei\u00dfe oder rote Zwiebeln)<\/li>\n<li>Kirschtomaten (oder gro\u00dfe Tomaten\/getrocknete Tomaten)<\/li>\n<li>Gurken (englische\/persische Gurken, die weniger Kerne und eine d\u00fcnne Schale haben)<\/li>\n<li>Paprika (jede Farbe &#8211; rot, orange, gelb, gr\u00fcn)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wei\u00dfe Bohnen:<\/strong> Oder Kichererbsen. Selbst gekochte oder aus der Dose\/Glas (normal oder natriumarm), um diesem sommerlichen Orzo-Nudelsalat mehr Eiwei\u00df zu verleihen.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zitronen-vinaigrette\/\">Zitronen-Vinaigrette<\/a>:<\/strong> Diese einfache Zitronen-Vinaigrette, ist wunderbar spritzig und frisch und kombiniert Zitronensaft (und optional Zitronenschale!), kaltgepresstes Oliven\u00f6l, Knoblauch, Dijon-Senf und frische Kr\u00e4uter (oder getrockneten Oregano\/italienische Gew\u00fcrze), mit Salz und Pfeffer und ergibt einen erfrischenden mediterranen Orzo Salat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zutaten f\u00fcr den Orzo Salat<\/h3>\n<p>Ein Grund, warum ich von diesem veganen Orzo Salat so besessen bin, ist seine Vielseitigkeit. Er ist einer der besten sommerlichen Nudelsalate, um den K\u00fchlschrank auszumisten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kalamata-Oliven:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen salzigen, w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack. Allerdings gibt es inzwischen auch glutenfreie Varianten, wie die Version mit roten Linsen, die ich f\u00fcr dieses Rezept verwendet habe. Allerdings ist die Textur glutenfreier Nudeln in der Regel weicher und matschiger, weshalb darauf geachtet werden sollte, dass sie nicht zu lange gekocht werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann man Orzo Salat einfrieren?<\/h3>\n<p>Vom Einfrieren des frischen, rohen Gem\u00fcses rate ich ab, da es beim Auftauen w\u00e4ssrig\/matschig wird. \u00dcbriggebliebener Orzo (mit oder ohne Dressing) kann bis zu 3 Monate lang eingefroren werden.
