Die Kombination ist vollgepackt mit Ballaststoffen, komplexen Kohlenhydraten, Eiwei\u00df, herzgesunden Fetten, Antioxidantien und verschiedenen Vitaminen und Mineralien. Alternativ kann auch K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree aus der Dose (oder S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel) oder Apfelmus genommen werden. Dies ersetzt die normalerweise verwendeten Eier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Ich verwende gerne zwarte Haferflocken, die eine weichere Konsistenz ergeben. Bei Bedarf k\u00f6nnen auch kernige (zertifiziert glutenfreie) Haferflocken benutzt werden. Quinoa, Hirse oder Dinkelflocken k\u00f6nnten auch funktionieren, aber ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver von hoher Qualit\u00e4t, sorgt f\u00fcr einen kr\u00e4ftigen Schokoladengeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Damit werden das Brownie-Baked-Oatmeal lockerer und geht etwas auf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nussmus:<\/strong> Ich verwende cremige Erdnussbutter zur Herstellung dieses schokoladigen Haferflocken-Auflaufs. Ein anderes Nuss- oder Kernmus geht auch, z. B. Haselnussmus, Cashewmus, Mandelmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> Jede unges\u00fc\u00dfte Milch ist geeignet (Mandelmilch, Sojamilch, Cashewmilch usw.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Nat\u00fcrlicher Vanilleextrakt hat einen besseren Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, z. B. Etwas mehr davon macht aus dem Baked Oatmeal einen genussvollen Mokka-Auflauf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosraspeln:<\/strong> Eine Handvoll Kokosraspeln in oder \u00fcber die gebackenen Haferflocken streuen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eiwei\u00dfpulver:<\/strong> Dazu einen Messl\u00f6ffel deines Lieblings-Proteinpulvers (z.B. Vanille-, Kaffee- oder Schokogeschmack) und bei Bedarf etwa 60 ml mehr Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> z.B. Pekann\u00fcsse, Waln\u00fcsse, Pepitas, Mandeln, Haseln\u00fcsse, usw. Gut einpacken oder in luftdichten Beh\u00e4ltern bis zu 2 Monate aufbewahren. \u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen, bevor es erneut aufgew\u00e4rmt wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Einzelne Portionen in der Mikrowelle in 20-30-Sekunden-Schritten aufw\u00e4rmen.
