Aber in den letzten zehn Jahren ist diese Ern\u00e4hrungsform regelrecht explodiert. Heutzutage bedeutet eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrung keineswegs, dass man auf seine Lieblingsspeisen verzichten muss &#8211; wie zum Beispiel Wurst, Schokolade und K\u00e4se!<\/p>\n<p>Und ja, auch die kommerziellen veganen Produkte sind mittlerweile wirklich beeindruckend. Aber auch f\u00fcr diejenigen, die Geld sparen und \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig verarbeitete Lebensmittel vermeiden wollen, sind gesunde und k\u00f6stliche selbstgemachte Versionen durchaus realisierbar. F\u00fcr einen noch cremigeren Frischk\u00e4se k\u00f6nnen aber auch Cashewkerne verwendet werden. Eingeweichte Macadamia-N\u00fcsse oder Mandeln k\u00f6nnten auch funktionieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Falls Cashewkerne benutzt werden, empfehle ich, weniger Wasser zu nehmen. Etwa 60 ml pro 140 g Cashews.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> (Optional) Verleihen einen nussigen, k\u00e4sigen Geschmack und Umami. Alternativ kann auch wei\u00dfe Miso-Paste (oder eine Kombination aus beidem) genommen werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Um den veganen Frischk\u00e4se nach Belieben zu w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> (oder Limettensaft) dieser sorgt f\u00fcr einen leicht s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmack, \u00e4hnlich wie bei Frischk\u00e4se aus Kuhmilch. Alternativ kann auch wei\u00dfer Essig, Apfelessig oder P\u00f6kellake verwendet werden. Dann abgie\u00dfen und gut absp\u00fclen.<\/li>\n<li>Als N\u00e4chstes, alle Zutaten f\u00fcr den Frischk\u00e4se (au\u00dfer dem Oliven\u00f6l) in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine oder einen Mixer geben und p\u00fcrieren, bis die Masse glatt und cremig ist. Die Maschine gelegentlich anhalten, um die Seiten abzukratzen.
