Wie das? Anstelle der gro\u00dfen Mengen an Schlagsahne, Kondensmilch und Zucker, die normalerweise in den erw\u00e4hnten Desserts stecken, ist diese gesunde Tarte nicht nur vegan und glutenfrei, sondern besteht auch ausschlie\u00dflich vollwertigen Zutaten und enth\u00e4lt keinen raffinierten Zucker.<\/p>\n<p>Die vegane Tarte besteht stattdessen aus einem gesunden Hafer-Dattel-Boden, einer cremigen Erdnussbutter-Bananen-F\u00fcllung und einer Schokoglasur. Wie andere meiner no-bake Desserts (z. B. mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-himbeer-kaesekuchen\/\"><strong>Himbeer-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong><\/a> oder mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/mini-schoko-kuchen\/\"><strong>Mini-Schoko-Kuchen<\/strong><\/a>), l\u00e4sst sich auch dieses Bananen-Dessert gut im K\u00fchlschrank oder Gefrierfach aufbewahren und eignet sich perfekt als erfrischendes Sommerdessert.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass dieses Schoko-Bananen-Rezept wirklich einfach zuzubereiten ist und selbst f\u00fcr Kochanf\u00e4nger (und Kinder!) einfach genug ist. Sie ist glutenfrei, ohne raffinierten Zucker, \u00f6lfrei und ein gesundes Dessert f\u00fcr den Sommer! #schokotarte #veganetarte #bananentarte #erdnussbuttertarte #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten f\u00fcr die vegane Tarte<\/h2>\n<p>Diese vegane Tarte besteht aus 9 gesunden, gebr\u00e4uchlichen Zutaten (plus Salz und Wasser).<\/p>\n<h3>Der Boden<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> Ich habe K\u00fcrbiskerne benutzt, aber du kannst auch N\u00fcsse\/Kerne nach Wahl nehmen, z. B. Erdn\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Sonnenblumenkerne usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Kernig oder zart. Verwende, falls n\u00f6tig, zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Ich habe weiche Deglet Nour-Datteln benutzt, aber du kannst auch Medjool-Datteln nehmen, da sie weich und saftig sind. Wenn du andere Datteln verwendest oder sie etwas trocken sind, weiche sie vorher ein. Auch andere Trockenfr\u00fcchte wie Feigen sind geeignet, allerdings ver\u00e4ndert sich dann der Geschmack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Erdnussbutter-Bananenschicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bananen:<\/strong> Verwende reife Bananen mit vielen dunklen Stellen, damit sie sch\u00f6n s\u00fc\u00df sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussbutter:<\/strong> Erdnussbutter und Bananen sind wie geschaffen f\u00fcreinander. Du kannst aber auch ein anderes Nuss- oder Kernmus nehmen, wie Mandelmus, Cashewmus oder Sonnenblumenkernmus (jedes davon verleiht einen anderen Geschmack).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agavendicksaft, brauner Reissirup oder sogar einen zuckerfreien Sirup. Die Menge je nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Benutze nat\u00fcrliche Vanille, um einen chemischen\/k\u00fcnstlichen Geschmack zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Dies tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass die F\u00fcllung etwas fester wird. Stattdessen kann aber auch die Menge der Erdnussbutter auf insgesamt 125 g erh\u00f6ht werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die \u00f6lfreie Schoko-Ganache<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Ich verwende unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Anstelle von \u00d6l wird f\u00fcr diesen gesunden Schokoguss nur Wasser ben\u00f6tigt, um die richtige Konsistenz zu erreichen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (wie oben aufgef\u00fchrt).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussbutter:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes Nuss-\/Kernmus (wie oben aufgef\u00fchrt).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Nur ein wenig, um den Kakaogeschmack zu verst\u00e4rken. Eine Prise Instant-Kaffeepulver w\u00fcrde ebenfalls helfen, den Schokoladengeschmack zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alternativ kannst du auch diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/overnight-oats\/\"><strong>Schokoladenganache<\/strong><\/a> f\u00fcr die vegane Schoko-Bananen-Tarte machen. Bei eingeweichten Datteln werden mehr Haferflocken ben\u00f6tigt.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Mischung in die Springform geben und zu einem gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Boden andr\u00fccken (mit den H\u00e4nden oder dem flachen Boden eines Glases).
