Zusammen mit einer einfachen Sauce zum Dippen, sind sie eine wunderbar s\u00e4ttigende Vorspeise, ein Snack oder ein leichtes Hauptgericht.<\/p>\n<p>So sehr ich Gyoza auch liebe, die Zubereitung (incl. Falttechnik) ist definitiv etwas komplizierter und auch meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-fruehlingsrollen-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Fr\u00fchlingsrollen<\/strong><\/a> brauchen ihre Zeit. Aber zum Gl\u00fcck gibt es jetzt diese knusprigen Reispapier-Rollen, mit denen man in nur etwa 30 Minuten k\u00f6stliche Teigtaschen mit super einfacher Zubereitung genie\u00dfen kann. Au\u00dferdem sind sie glutenfrei und vegan.<\/p>\n<p>Diese knusprigen Reispapier-Taschen \u00fcberzeugen aber vor allem durch ihre Textur. Wenn sie gebraten werden, wird das Reispapier au\u00dfen sch\u00f6n knusprig. Sie lassen sich in der Pfanne oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereiten! #reispapier #reispapierdumplings #teigtaschen #knusprigesommerrollen #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Die Zutaten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reispapier:<\/strong> Ich habe mittelgro\u00dfe Reispapier-Bl\u00e4tter verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nori:<\/strong> Geviertelte Nori-Bl\u00e4tter verleihen der F\u00fcllung eine wunderbare Umami-Geschmackstiefe und tragen dazu bei, die Sushi-\u00e4hnliche F\u00fcllung abzurunden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tofu:<\/strong> Extra-fester Tofu oder Tempeh sorgen f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliches Eiwei\u00df. F\u00fcr eine sojafreie Variante kann mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-tofu\/\"><strong>Kichererbsen-Tofu<\/strong><\/a> verwendet werden, wobei f\u00fcr einen festeren Tofu 1 &#8211; 1 \u00bd Teel\u00f6ffel Agar-Agar Pulver hinzugef\u00fcgt werden sollte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Eine Auswahl an d\u00fcnn geschnittenen Gem\u00fcsesorten kann verwendet werden. Ich habe Folgendes genommen:\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Karotte<\/li>\n<li>Zucchini (oder Gurke)<\/li>\n<li>Rotkohl (Wei\u00dfkohl geht aber auch)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sushi-Reis:<\/strong> Ben\u00f6tigt werden 450 g gekochter Sushi-Reis (oder etwa 180 g trocken). Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch Reisnudeln verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sesam\u00f6l:<\/strong> Zum Braten der Reispapier-Taschen und f\u00fcr einen herrlich r\u00f6stigen, nussigen Geschmack. Auch geschmacksneutrales Speise\u00f6l funktioniert, ist aber weniger aromatisch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sesamsamen:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine k\u00f6stliche, knusprige Kruste. Wer mag, kann sie auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Tofu-Marinade:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Ich verwende Tamari oder Kokosnuss-Aminos, da sie glutenfrei sind. Normale Sojasauce funktioniert aber auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein \u00e4hnliches fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agavendicksaft oder brauner Reissirup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft: <\/strong>Alternativ kann auch Reisessig benutzt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Bei dieser Marinade wird eine einfache Kombination aus Knoblauch- und Ingwerpulver verwendet, um den asiatischen Geschmack zu vertiefen. Darauf den gekochten Sushi-Reis, den gebratenen Tofu und schlie\u00dflich das Gem\u00fcse geben.<\/li>\n<li>Um den Dumpling zu verschlie\u00dfen, alle Seiten \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung in der Mitte zusammenfalten und mit den Fingern verschlie\u00dfen. Dann die flache Seite des Dumplings in einen Teller mit Sesamsamen tauchen, um eine knusprige Kruste zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beim Falten beginne ich mit der unteren H\u00e4lfte vom Reispapier und falte es nach oben \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung, dann falte ich die obere H\u00e4lfte \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung und schlie\u00dflich die rechte und linke Seite.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diese Schritte mit dem restlichen Reispapier und der F\u00fcllung wiederholen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-31170 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/assembling-rice-paper-sushi-dumpling.jpg\" alt=\"Zusammensetzen der Reispapier-Sushi-Teigtaschen\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1600\" data-pin-description=\"Schnell, einfach und lecker: Knusprige Teigtaschen aus Reispapier! Sie lassen sich in der Pfanne oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereiten! #reispapier #reispapierdumplings #teigtaschen #knusprigesommerrollen #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Die Dumplings anbraten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Pfanne s\u00e4ubern und bei mittlerer Hitze mit etwas mehr \u00d6l erhitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald das \u00d6l hei\u00df ist, eine einzelne Lage Reispapier-Wraps hineingeben (sie sollten sich nicht ber\u00fchren) und von allen Seiten etwa 3-4 Minuten lang braten, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr Reispapier Dumplings aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse:<\/strong> In Chargen zubereiten, indem jeweils nur eine einzige Lage der Teigtaschen auf den Boden des Frittierkorbs platziert und 8-10 Minuten lang bei 180 \u00b0C frittiert wird (bis zu 12 Minuten f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Teigtaschen und ein besonders knuspriges Ergebnis), wobei sie nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit gewendet werden sollten.<\/p>\n<p>Die knusprigen Reispapier-Rollen sofort mit einem Dip nach Wahl servieren. Ich verdopple gerne die Zutaten der Tofu-Marinade, um sie als Dip zu nehmen. Alternativ passt auch <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/chinesische-szechuan-sauce\/\"><strong>chinesische Szechuan-Sauce<\/strong><\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hoisin-sauce-rezept\/\"><strong>Hoisin Sauce<\/strong><\/a>. Danach wie oben beschrieben zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Reispapier-Dumplings lassen sich nicht besonders gut aufbewahren, da ihre knusprige Textur am besten direkt nach dem Braten ist. Falls jedoch Reste \u00fcbrig bleiben, lassen sie sich in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank einen Tag lang aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich empfehle nicht, sie einzufrieren, da ich denke, dass die Textur des Reispapiers beim Auftauen nicht mehr gut sein wird. Ich habe es allerdings noch nicht versucht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Ich empfehle, die Teigtaschen mit etwas mehr \u00d6l in der Pfanne zu braten, damit sie wieder knusprig werden. Noch mehr Zeit l\u00e4sst sich sparen, wenn eine fertige Krautsalatmischung verwendet wird.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nur 3-4 Sekunden eintauchen:<\/strong> Dabei kaltes Wasser verwenden. Wenn das Reispapier zu lange in Wasser getaucht wird, kann es zu sehr aufweichen und l\u00e4sst sich nur noch schwer verarbeiten. Auch nach dem Herausnehmen aus dem Wasser weicht das Reispapier noch nach. 3-4 Sekunden sind also mehr als genug.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eine feuchte Oberfl\u00e4che ist hilfreich:<\/strong> Sobald das Reispapier nass ist, wird es klebrig, daher ist es am besten, auf einem feuchten Schneidebrett oder einem feuchten K\u00fcchentuch zu arbeiten, damit die Umh\u00fcllung nicht kleben bleibt und aufrei\u00dft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Teigtaschen nicht zu voll machen:<\/strong> Sonst kann das Reispapier rei\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Pfanne nicht \u00fcberf\u00fcllen<\/strong>: Wenn sich die Dumplings in der Pfanne ber\u00fchren, kleben sie aneinander und k\u00f6nnen leicht kaputtgehen. Am besten ist es, sie mit etwas Abstand zueinander zu braten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr dickere Dumplings:<\/strong> Daf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnen einfach zwei Reispapier-Bl\u00e4tter verwendet werden. Dadurch l\u00e4sst sich auch das Einrei\u00dfen der knusprigen Sommerrollen vermeiden.
