Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch Zwiebel-, Paprika- oder Zucchini-Ringe verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsenmehl:<\/strong> Kichererbsenmehl bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr unsere Ei-Mischung und sorgt f\u00fcr ein leckeres und nahrhaftes, glutenfreies Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Rezept.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Um den Ei-\u00e4hnlichen Teig mit dem Mehl herzustellen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> Sind bekannt f\u00fcr ihren nussigen, k\u00e4sigen Geschmack, tragen aber auch dazu bei, den &#8222;Eier-Geschmack&#8220; zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kala Namak:<\/strong> Schwarzes Salz ist der Schl\u00fcssel zur Erzielung des schwefeligen Eier-Geschmacks in veganem Ei. Die Tomatenringe beiseitelegen und das restliche innere Fruchtfleisch (Kerngeh\u00e4use und Kerne) in sehr kleine St\u00fccke hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die fein gew\u00fcrfelten Tomaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, zusammen mit dem Kichererbsenmehl, den Hefeflocken, dem Kala Namak und allen Gew\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Wasser nach und nach in die Sch\u00fcssel gie\u00dfen und zwischen den einzelnen Zugaben verquirlen. Den Schnittlauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und noch einmal umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Die Saftigkeit der Tomaten sollte dazu beitragen, die richtige Teigdicke zu erreichen.
