Bei Bedarf zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leinsamen:<\/strong> Die gemahlenen Leinsamen (oder Chiasamen) verbinden sich mit dem Wasser zu einem bindef\u00e4higen Ei-Ersatz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuss-\/Kernmus:<\/strong> Ich habe Erdnussbutter verwendet, um Erdnussbutterkekse zu backen, aber es geht auch jedes andere Mus, z.B. Mandelmus, Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus, usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Dattelsirup, brauner Reissirup, usw. Gleichzeitig den Backofen auf 175 Grad C vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Toppings nach Wunsch auf den Haferflocken-Keksen verteilen, dann das Blech in den Ofen schieben und 8-10 Minuten backen, oder bis die Kekse an den R\u00e4ndern leicht goldbraun sind.
