Noch dazu mit einem Rezept wie diesem, bei dem leere Kalorien und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiger Zucker\/Fett, durch leichtere und ges\u00fcndere Zutaten ersetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ich verwende Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker anstelle von raffiniertem Zucker, glutenfreies Mehl anstelle von Weizenmehl, Kokosmilch anstelle von Kuhmilch, vollwertige Mandeln und selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch geraspelte Karotten, um nahrhafte und gesunde M\u00f6hren-Muffins zu backen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis sind gesunde Karotten Muffins, die genauso dekadent sind, lecker schmecken, aber dennoch eine leichtere Alternative f\u00fcr die Osterfeiertage darstellen. Du kannst auch eine gekaufte glutenfreie Mehlmischung (z.B. von Sch\u00e4r) nehmen. Alternativ kann auch Weizenmehl, Weizenvollkornmehl oder Dinkelmehl verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln:<\/strong> Karotten-Muffins mit gemahlenen Mandeln sind geschmackvoller, saftiger und enthalten gesunde Fette &#8211; perfekt f\u00fcr k\u00f6stliche Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksmuffins. Alternativ dazu eignen sich auch gemahlene Waln\u00fcsse oder Haseln\u00fcsse. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version k\u00f6nnen gemahlene K\u00fcrbiskerne verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> Ich benutze unraffinierten Zucker wie z.B. Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, aber auch normaler Zucker, brauner Zucker usw. ist geeignet. Beachte, dass dadurch die Farbe und der Geschmack der Muffins etwas variieren kann.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> Backpulver und Natron helfen, die glutenfreien Muffins luftiger und lockerer zu machen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Diese gesunden M\u00f6ren-Muffins schmecken k\u00f6stlich mit einer einfachen Gew\u00fcrzmischung aus Zimt, Ingwerpulver, Muskatnuss und einer Prise Salz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Feuchte Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Karotte:<\/strong> Vergewissere dich, dass sie s\u00fc\u00df und frisch schmecken.
