B. <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zitronen-kaesekuchen-tarte\/\"><strong>Zitronen-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong><\/a> mit 6 Zutaten, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosbaellchen-vegan-glutenfrei-paleo\/\"><strong>Kokosb\u00e4llchen<\/strong><\/a> mit 3 Zutaten und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-schokotrueffel\/\"><strong>Schokotr\u00fcffel<\/strong><\/a> mit 2 Zutaten, aber dieses gesunde Schokoladen-Dessert \u00fcbertrifft alles&#8230; Denn dieses einfache Schokokuchen-Rezept enth\u00e4lt gerade einmal 2 Zutaten, wovon eine noch sehr gesund ist!<\/p>\n<p>Dieser glutenfreie Schokokuchen ist jedoch kein typischer Kuchen. Tats\u00e4chlich braucht man weder Mehl noch Eier oder gar einen Ofen. \u00c4hnlich wie bei meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/mini-schoko-kuchen\/\"><strong>Mini-Schokokuchen<\/strong><\/a> ohne Backen, l\u00e4sst sich dieser Schokoladenkuchen, nach dem Vermengen der Zutaten und dem Festwerden im K\u00fchlschrank, in St\u00fccke schneiden und ist herrlich schokoladig. Das ist mein derzeitiger Favorit unter den Schokokuchen ohne Mehl.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kuchen ist nicht nur frei von Milchprodukten, Eiern und Gluten, sondern enth\u00e4lt auch viele N\u00e4hrstoffe, die man in einem normalen Schokoladenkuchen nicht findet, wie z. B. Beta-Carotin, Antioxidantien, Kalium und die Vitamine A und C.<\/p>\n<p>Was ist das Geheimnis? Kabocha-K\u00fcrbis! Dieser K\u00fcrbis hat einen leicht erdigen, nussigen, s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack, \u00e4hnlich wie Hokkaido-K\u00fcrbis und S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel (die man als Ersatz verwenden kann), aber noch s\u00fc\u00dfer. Wenn man ihn mit geschmolzener Schokolade kombiniert, wird er zu einer k\u00f6stlichen und saftigen Leckerei, \u00e4hnlich wie ein Schokomousse-Kuchen. Die Kosistenz ist jedoch etwas mehr &#8222;fudgy&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist auch nicht das erste Mal, dass ich Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr dekadente, schmackhafte Kuchen und Desserts verwende. Und zwar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kabocha-K\u00fcrbis:<\/strong> (auch japanischer K\u00fcrbis genannt) Frisch ist am besten. S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, Hokkaidok\u00fcrbis oder Butternussk\u00fcrbis k\u00f6nnen auch verwendet werden, aber die Konsistenz kann leicht variieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Schokolade:<\/strong> Hochwertige zartbittere Schokolade (oder\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/schokolade-selber-machen\/\"><strong>selbstgemachte Schokolade<\/strong><\/a>) verwenden. W\u00e4hle eine Schokolade, die dir geschmacklich zusagt. Falls gew\u00fcnscht, kannst du auch eine Keto-Schokolade (ohne Zucker) verwenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um den Geschmack noch weiter zu verfeinern, kannst du eine winzige Prise Salz, einen Teel\u00f6ffel Vanilleextrakt oder sogar Instant-Kaffeepulver hinzugeben. All das verst\u00e4rkt den Schokoladengeschmack. Dies beeintr\u00e4chtigt den Geschmack und die Konsistenz des Schokokuchens ohne Mehl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kann ich K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree verwenden?<\/strong> Ich habe den Schokoladenkuchen bisher noch nicht mit K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree gemacht. Es sollte zwar funktionieren, aber je nach Marke k\u00f6nnte der Kuchen nicht so fest\/w\u00e4ssriger werden. Wenn du es versuchst, w\u00e4hle eine K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree-Marke, die dicker ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nach Belieben s\u00fc\u00dfen:<\/strong> Falls dir die K\u00fcrbis-Schokoladen-Mischung nicht s\u00fc\u00df genug ist, kannst du ein wenig von deinem Lieblingss\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzuf\u00fcgen, z.
