Achte nur darauf, dass sie f\u00fcr dieses cremige Gnocchi-Rezept ungekocht sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzencreme:<\/strong> Nimm eine beliebige vegane Sahne\/Creme wie Soja-, Hafer-Cuisine oder d\u00fcnne Cashew-Creme. Verwende Pflanzenmilch f\u00fcr eine fett\u00e4rmere Version (oder eine 50\/50-Kombination), aber die Salbei-Sahneso\u00dfe wird dann nicht so cremig sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein:<\/strong> Benutze einen veganen trockenen Wei\u00dfwein, um der Wei\u00dfweinso\u00dfe mehr Tiefe zu verleihen. Alternativ kannst du auch ger\u00f6steten Knoblauch verwenden (je nach Geschmack).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erbsen:<\/strong> Tiefgefrorene (aufgetaute) Erbsen sorgen f\u00fcr einen Farbtupfer und zus\u00e4tzliche N\u00e4hrstoffe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salbei:<\/strong> Nimm frischen Salbei, um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen. Wenn du keinen hast, kannst du auch getrocknete italienische Gew\u00fcrze benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer Parmesan:<\/strong> Benutze <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\"><strong>selbstgemachten Parmesan<\/strong><\/a> oder gekauften Parmesan-Ersatz. Anschlie\u00dfend das \u00d6l (oder die vegane Butter) in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald es hei\u00df ist, die Zwiebel 3 Minuten lang anbraten, dann den Salbei und den Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute lang anbraten, dabei h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer, Senf, Wei\u00dfwein, Pflanzencreme und die Erbsen in die Pfanne geben, gut umr\u00fchren und zum Kochen bringen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Hitze auf ein K\u00f6cheln reduzieren, die Gnocchi in die vegane Sahneso\u00dfe geben und etwa 7-8 Minuten unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Gnocchi weich sind und die So\u00dfe eingedickt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn sie zu dick wird, mehr Pflanzencreme\/Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen.
