Von braunen Leinsamen rate ich ab, da der Geruch und der Geschmack viel intensiver sind. Verwende KEIN Leinmehl (Leinsamen, die bereits gemahlen sind), da dies nicht funktionieren wird, denn das Leinmehl von einigen Hersteller ist entfettet!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Diese Zutat ist wichtig, damit dieses glutenfreie und weizenfreie Brot einen glutenhaltigen Teig nachahmt und leichter zu verarbeiten ist. Au\u00dferdem tr\u00e4gt es dazu bei, dass sich die H\u00f6he des Brotes verdoppelt (oder sogar verdreifacht).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Es verleiht diesem Brot ohne Hefe mehr Volumen.\u00a0Falls du kein Mais vertr\u00e4gst, solltest du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/-\/en\/dp\/B07PMSN6KP\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">getreidefreies Backpulver<\/a> verwenden, da viele Marken Maisst\u00e4rke enthalten.
