Um ehrlich zu sein, f\u00fcge ich praktisch zu fast jeder Mahlzeit eine Dose Kichererbsen hinzu, wenn ich einen Ballaststoff- oder Proteinschub w\u00fcnsche.<\/p>\n<h2>Sind Kichererbsen gesund?<\/h2>\n<p>Die kurze Antwort lautet: <strong>Ja<\/strong>. Kichererbsen sind eine wichtige Quelle f\u00fcr pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df (14 Gramm Eiwei\u00df pro Tasse!) und Ballaststoffe. Sie sind auch eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr verschiedene Vitamine und Mineralien, wie Kupfer, Kalzium, Magnesium, Eisen, Zink, Fols\u00e4ure und Vitamin B6.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Mikron\u00e4hrstoffe k\u00f6nnen sich positiv auf die Nervenfunktion, die roten Blutk\u00f6rperchen, das Immunsystem und die Gesundheit des Gehirns auswirken, das Risiko f\u00fcr verschiedene chronische Krankheiten verringern und den Blutzucker regulieren. Au\u00dferdem geh\u00f6ren sie zu den langsam verdaulichen St\u00e4rken und tragen dazu bei, die guten Bakterien in unserem Darm zu n\u00e4hren und so die Verdauung zu verbessern. Au\u00dferdem lassen sie sich nach dem Kochen bis zu 3 Monate im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren und sind bei Bedarf jederzeit griffbereit.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Zuerst m\u00fcssen die Kichererbsen mindestens 8 Stunden oder \u00fcber Nacht in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit Wasser eingeweicht werden, wobei die Kichererbsen mindestens 5 cm hoch mit Wasser bedeckt sein sollten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kichererbsen abgie\u00dfen und absp\u00fclen, in einen Topf geben und einige Zentimeter mit frischem Wasser bedecken.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Kochen bringen, dann die Hitze auf ein leichtes K\u00f6cheln reduzieren und 1 \u00bd-2 Stunden kochen, bis sie weich, aber nicht matschig sind.
