Sie k\u00f6nnen mit einem einzigen Gem\u00fcse zubereitet werden (z. B. Zwiebel-Pakora, Blumenkohl oder Auberginen) oder, wie in diesem Fall, als k\u00f6stliche gemischte Gem\u00fcse-Pakora, die man aus den Gem\u00fcseresten im K\u00fchlschrank zubereitet.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionell werden indische Pakoras zubereitet, indem man das Gem\u00fcse fein zerkleinert, es in einen w\u00fcrzigen Kichererbsenmehl-Teig h\u00fcllt und dann frittiert, bis es in der Mitte weich und au\u00dfen knusprig goldbraun ist. Generell solltest du Gem\u00fcse nehmen, das du in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden oder raspeln kannst und das in der kurzen Bratzeit gar wird.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dfer dem Gem\u00fcse, das ich verwendet habe, k\u00f6nntest du auch gr\u00fcne Bohnen, fein gehackten Spinat, geraspelten Brokkoli und Blumenkohl, Rote Beete, Auberginen und fein geraspelte Kartoffeln\/S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln oder Pastinaken benutzen. Gekochter Mais und Erbsen sind ebenfalls geeignet.<\/p>\n<p>Falls du sehr w\u00e4ssriges Gem\u00fcse, wie z. Vor dem Wiederaufw\u00e4rmen \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Am knusprigsten werden sie, wenn du sie in einer Pfanne mit ein wenig \u00d6l erhitzt. Au\u00dferdem ist Kichererbsenmehl dichter und enth\u00e4lt weniger Kohlenhydrate, mehr Eiwei\u00df und zus\u00e4tzliche N\u00e4hrstoffe (was man ber\u00fccksichtigen sollte).<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich Pakora auch in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe es nicht ausprobiert, aber es k\u00f6nnte funktionieren. Ich empfehle, den Korb der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse mit Backpapier auszulegen und es mit \u00d6l zu bespr\u00fchen.
